Von unserer Ferienwohnung, die Abseits der Durchzugsstraße direkt am Waldrand liegt, sind sie in 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Ortszentrum von Traunkirchen, ebenfalls in 15 Minuten bei weiteren Geschäften, einer Bäckerei und der Ärztin mit angeschlossener Apotheke. Den Bahnhof erreichen sie zu Fuß in 20 Minuten, eine Bushaltestelle in 10 Minuten. Öffentliche Badeplätze im Ortsteil Winkl und im Zentrum von Traunkirchen sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Die ca. 35m2 große Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Bad Ischl. Zu Fuß sind Bahnhof, Geschäfte und Restaurants der Innenstadt erreichbar. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz kostenlos zu nutzen. Ansonsten ist angrenzend der gebührenpflichtige Parkplatz Kaiservilla ( 2 e Ladestationen) . Ein versperrbarer Fahrradabstellplatz ist vorhanden.
