Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of the Bamberg City Hall, stylishly furnished with antiques. The front building was erected in 1530, and the water side followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The facade was restored in May 2026 with a lot of love for detail and now shines again in full splendor next to the city hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968; before that, it was a pharmacy for 200 years.

Dear guests, we offer 4 comfortable & spacious apartments, each 70 square meters, on a former farm with 2500 square meters of floor space. These are located in a separate building, 2 apartments are on the first floor with terrace, 2 on the second floor with balcony. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, bathroom & separate toilet. Die Ferienwohnung bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein separates Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Zu Fuß bist du gleich in der idyllischen Natur und kannst mehrere Wanderwege entdecken. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Obermain-Therme, Basilika Vierzehnheiligen, Staffelberg und Weltkulturerbe Stadt Bamberg sind in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fünf Autominuten.

Die offene voll ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine) bietet mit großem Esstisch und einer zusätzlichen Schlafmöglichkeit Raum für eine Familie oder max. vier Personen. Der Wohnraum ist als Durchgangszimmer zur Dusche und WC mit Schreibtisch und einer weiteren Schlafcouch ausgestattet.

Spend relaxing days in a typical Franconian village. Our property is located directly on the outskirts in a quiet but by no means secluded location and is a great starting point for many activities. Ideal for dog owners as we are directly adjacent to fields and meadows. A bakery, butcher and supermarket are almost around the corner and in the village there are inns with good home cooking and home-brewed beer. The Main and quarry lakes in the vicinity provide cooling on hot days.

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Das Appartment befindet sich im historischen Bamberger Gärtnerviertel. Es stehen zwei Schlafzimmer für Max. 4 Personen zur Verfügung. Die Bamberger Innenstadt ist in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Bamberger Hauptbahnhof in ca 5 Minuten. Kinder sind willkommen aber leider verfügt die Wohnung nicht über einen Wickeltisch usw. Rauchen ist im ganzen Haus nicht erlaubt, jedoch auf dem Balkon gestattet.

Die Wohnung wurde komplett saniert und erhielt neue Möbel. Es gibt ein Bad mit bodengleicher Dusche und eine neue Küche, die gut ausgestattet ist. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer für 2 und eine Schlafcouch für 2 im Wohnzimmer. Ruhige Lage! Der große Garten mit mehreren Sitzplätzen hinter dem Haus kann genutzt werden. Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus. WLan ist vorhanden.
