Es liegt am Ortseingang an einer typischen Dorfstraße und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Natur und Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Unsere angrenzende große Wiese mit Büschen und Obstbäumen liegt am Rand des Landschaftschutzgebietes und dem Seeanger. Der Seeburger See mit Gastronomie ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

The bright, cozy apartment is located on the first floor of a former restaurant and measures about 60 m². Very close to Lake Seeburg, the medieval town of Duderstadt and the university town of Göttingen, the small town of Bodensee is located in the middle of Eichsfeld. From here you can explore the surroundings by foot or by bike as part of smaller and larger bike tours. The Harz National Park with Northern Germany's highest mountain, the Brocken, is suitable for hiking.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a large kitchen with sitting area, bathroom with shower and toilet. It has a large beautiful bedroom with sitting area (baby cot if needed), and a living room with modern sofa bed. In front of the entrance is a small cozy terrace.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
