Honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! Dieter was a really nice host, and checked in to see how we were going. Checking into the apartment was super easy and it was all very clean. The best part of this Airbnb is definitely the location and amenities. If you’re looking for an Airbnb with amazing views from your window, that’s still close to Lucerne city (both walking distance and easy bus access), then this is the one! All the appliances and furniture also seemed brand new, which just added to the really nice feel of the apartment.

We had great stay. The place was clean and comfortable, located in a peaceful neighborhood that felt very safe and relaxing. It was also conveniently close to Lucerne – just a short bus ride away, which made it easy to explore the city while enjoying a quieter place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! The Airbnb from Marie-Theres is a perfect base for an explore of the Lucerne region. It was clean and tidy with everything you could need. Marie and Jorg were the perfect hosts, making sure we could get in okay when we arrived and popping down to see us mid holiday to check all was okay (their English is much better than our German!) - thank you both! Localish shops (1/2 hour walk) include Lidl, Aldi and Migros. Public transport in Switzerland is amazing, we would definitely recommend using it rather than hiring a car. We would also recommend buying a Tell Pass as this allows unrestricted travel on public transport, the Lucerne ships and most of the funiculars and cable cars in the Lucerne area. We bought the 10 day pass; the weather was not brilliant for much of our stay but we still got good value from the Tell Pass. If you enjoy walking, there are two lakes near each other that are well worth separate visits if there is low cloud forecast; Lake Lungern and Lake Sarnen.

Dieter and Sylvia’s apartment is incredible, more beautiful than pictured, on an aquamarine lake with views of snowcapped peaks, farmhouse-dotted mountains, and windsurfers whipping around like dragon flies. We would have happily sat on the patio all day. Or better yet, on the stone steps with our feet in the lake! When time came to go indoors, each room was tasteful and comfortable, with big windows and phenomenal views. The kitchen is well designed, equipped with everything you need. And the apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a ton to do in the area and the town of Flüelen is relaxed and easy. We hope to come back to experience it in winter! Dieter and Sylvia were very generous with their attention, making sure our needs were met in the apartment and pointing us in the direction of special activities outside. Their kindness and hospitality made a big impression on us. This is a magical place. Hands down, our best AirBnB ever.

We had a wonderful stay on the Eggbergen. It was truly a memorable experience. The apartment was spacious, beautifully equipped, and offered breathtaking views straight out of a picture book. We felt warmly welcomed and appreciated the many helpful tips we received during our time there. The fresh eggs, and other local produce from the nearby farm shop were a real treat, and we’ll definitely miss the peaceful atmosphere and the cows grazing below the house. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature in a stunning setting!

I get to met Edgar on the day of check in. Very humble and kind person. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. His apartment was very nice. It was very clean and has all the things that one would need during their stay. The kitchen was well versed with all the utensils. We did cook there. I am definitely going to book Edgar’s apartment the next time I would visit to Lucerne. Overall it was hassle free and pleasant stay.

너무너무 깨끗하고 청결한 숙소였습니다. 채팅을 좀 늦게 하게 됐는데, 사장님이 친절하게 반겨 주셨습니다. 짐이 많아서 힘들었는데 샴페인도 주시고 초콜릿도 엄청 많이 주셨습니다!! 일정만 맞았다면 더 연장을 할 정도로 너무 좋았던 숙소에요. 저는 다음번에도 스위스에 오면 이곳으로 갈 생각입니다. 아무 걱정하지 마시고 그냥 예약 하시면 됩니다!!!! 토마스 다시 한번도 감사해요

Felt at home, with all the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Cool environment with adequate ventilation in the basement (provide much neaded relief from the summer heat). Walkable to the train station, from which to explore Lucerne and surrounding mountains & lake. Grocery shops (Denner & Aldi) and a bakery nearby for quick bike or brunch. Friendly and responsive host.

Philippe, Melinda und Theres waren tolle Gastgeber und wir haben uns wie bei Freunden zuhause gefühlt. Sie waren sehr darum bemüht, dass es uns gut geht und uns an nichts fehlt. Wir hatten zahlreiche schöne Gespräche mit ihnen und die drei haben uns mit tollen Tipps zu möglichen Unternehmungen in der Gegend versorgt. Die Unterkunft ist zentral und nah an Ausflugszielen sowie gleichzeitig super idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben es sehr genossen, abends die Kühe wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt zu beobachten. Tagsüber hat unsere kleine Tochter die Terrasse und den Garten inklusive Spielplatz geliebt. Die Wohnung an sich ist großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten zu dritt ausreichend Platz und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten und das Sofa waren sehr bequem und es gab sogar Kinderspielsachen, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und hoffentlich können irgendwann noch einmal eure Gäste sein!

Jürg's apartment is a floor in a beautiful wooden house, very cosy with nice objects inside, really spacious and with a view on the Zugersee. Jürg is a cool host.

Thomas was a very engaging, helpful and polite host. The apartment was in a beautiful location and it was thoughtfully equipped and very clean and comfortable. The bed and settee were very very comfortable. Despite there being a clock tower close by with loud chimes, the property (particularly the bedroom) was well soundproofed. There was a very pleasant outdoor sitting space, and the views are stunning. We walked to the lake and enjoyed a swim. I would nit hesitate in recommending this apartment.

We stayed at Patrick’s place for 3 nights and our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was our first time in Switzerland and right from the time we booked his place, he helped with several questions we had. The place itself was extremely clean, well equipped and perfect for our family!! We will definitely come back here if we ever come back to Switzerland!

Hans place was great and Andrea was great at communication. The location is great, only 8 mins to the center station. The waterbody described is walkable however not much to do on this side of the lake. The apt building is sorrounded by office building and a construction site which can be noisy in the am on weekdays, wasnt much of a problem for us as we were out and about early most days. The bedroom was nice and clean, however had two relatively smaller pillows and I agree with someone on here that the bed couldve been a bit more comfortable. The place is kept quiet cozy even when it was 50F out, we couldnt control the indoor temp so opened the windows and used pedestal fan provided. The bathroom was nice and clean, however there were no shampoo/shower gel, its ok as we got to explore to the nearby Migros mart which is maybe a 10 or so min walk. The kitchen was nice and clean, had all the crockery that one would need, we made breakfast almost daily. Overall great stay and recommended

Can you review my review on Lucerne Airbnb? Sara and Paul were great hosts! They provided a video and PDF instructions on how to find a place and parking. That was a great help! The place was exactly described. View from the room was spectacular! We loved sitting on balcony and enjoyed our breakfast. It was fun riding on the funicular ride down to Lake Lucerne. The station was right to next to us! We had a missing laundry key issue, but Sara responded our messages right away and resolved the issue quickly. They communicated well whenever we had questions and made us comfortable to stay. We definitely recommend this place!

Marlise is so nice! She gave me 5FR directly when I said I had no coin for luggage deposit at the train station. She also helped me fill in the guest form since I forgot to do so. The house is located on a small hill. You need to climb around 15mins with your luggage to get there, that’s a bit exhausting. But the view is pretty nice, exactly the same as shown! You also need to bring your own shampoo and body wash.

Absolutely perfect Swiss chalet tucked away on the edge of the village. Stunning view of the 3 mountains, and well placed for various local walks as well as excursions further afield. Liza looked after us extremely well, always on hand for any problems (there were none!) or to help with any queries, and always with such good humour. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Stacey was a great host that met the us at the door and gave us helpful hints on things to do. The view from the porch was AMAZING and so peaceful. We spent almost every minute there when back from the very convenient hikes just a short way away. I would absolutely recommend staying here … literally can be in a hot tub looking up at Staubach Falls like it was your very own private waterfall.

Nothing short of amazing! It was an absolute delight to stay at Steffi’s place for our 2nd year anniversary celebration and we were greeted by not just a friendly and cheerful host personally at the door but probably the most stunning view of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Steffi herself to the time to meet us, give us some very nice tips which added that much more to our experience of the area. The apartment was clean and everything was catered to so you had the feeling you were pampered all the time. Even though there is a bus connection, we were fortunate to be able to get there by car which made the place very accessible to us and helped us visit Bern and other cities quite easily. Although, a great hike is only a stone’s throw away with some wonderful trails already starting as you step out the door. We would give Steffi more than 5 stars if we could and would be more than happy to recommend her place! :)

The view is everything! Must have a car if in this area, garage is provided and nice to have. The washer and dryer is very convenient. Home is well depicted in pictures. Television is upstairs only. A big plus is the access to the hotel spa and pool, very conveniently located just a 2 min walk. The mattress in our opinion was far too soft for our liking but that is our preference. Overall nice place and would recommend. If we are looking to stay in the same area again we would be happy to come back.

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.
