"Living in a construction car" Our lovingly designed construction car is ready for you if you love nature and are looking for distance from everyday life. The construction car is quiet and idyllically nestled between an apple and a plum tree in the garden of our house. It has been rebuilt and expanded in terms of building biology and is a successful mix of old, preserved and modern elements. They have a great unobstructed view over meadows and fields, up to Amöneburg, 10 km away. The construction car is comfortably furnished for 1-2 people and you can even heat with a wood stove on cool days. In addition, the construction car has a cooking facility, a coffee machine and a cool box, so you can take care of yourself. The sanitary facilities can be easily reached at a distance of 20 m. In an attractive washhouse you can take a shower, rinse and go to the toilet. Our bicycles are ready for you to explore in the immediate vicinity, for example, the Rauischholzhausen Castle (7 km), the Wittelsberger Warte (3 km) and the university city of Marburg an der Lahn (8 km), which are to be mentioned with the Marburg Castle and its exceptional half-timbered old town. You do not need to worry about bedding and a set of towels is prepared for you. We would be happy to welcome you as our guest.

Lean back & relax... Our one-room apartment was created only with natural building materials. With a lot of love for detail, I have processed natural slate & oak wood here. The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." A charging station for electric cars (11 kW) is available and can be used on request (for a fee). The overnight price is including final cleaning.
