Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Eching

Berndt and his wife Gabi were both incredible. They were very considerate of our travel, and even gave us their personal phone numbers in case we got lost or needed any help with anything. Berndt also graciously gave us a ride to the train station on our morning of departure! The surrounding area was beautiful, walkable, and very peaceful. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend!

Wolfgang & Andrea were the perfect hosts! They made sure we were on the correct train and stopping point for our arrival which was extremely helpful being our first experience traveling in Germany. They welcomed us at arrival and gave a quick tour and wished us a great stay. Everything was well furnished and we loved cooking in the kitchen and eating by the beautiful terrace. The beds had very nice and comfortable linens and so relaxing. The neighborhood was beautiful and someone even stopped to help us exchange currency. The train stop is a quick 5-7 minute walk which was convenient. I can’t wait to come back again and would highly recommend this hidden gem!

Christy fait tout pour bien accueillir ses hôtes. Il y avait des boissons, des friandises, aussi de l'huile, du vinaigre, de thé, du café. j'ai été très contente de trouver un chauffage d'appoint car il faisait encore froid. Le logement est bien situé, des parcs dans les environs, bien desservi par les transports en communs, des supermarchés à proximité. Merci pour tout. Je recommande.

The Airbnb was everything we could have hoped for and more!! Excellent location with beautiful surroundings and a very short walk to the river. Maximilian was a great host. Highly recommend!

This was a well maintained apartment with plenty of room. The location was convenient to transportation and had some restaurants very close by. The only drawbacks with our stay was it was warm outside so needed the windows open for airflow. Unfortunately, in the evenings a regular scent of someone smoking weed wafting through. Also the apt is right above some restaurants, so with the windows open was quite loud on the weekend until 2am. When the temp was cooler the issues were small when able to close the windows. Would recommend and stay again during cooler months.

This place was perfect for my wife and I. We were super close to the train station, and just one stop away from the city center. Beautiful place to stay and Martin was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

It was so comfortable and peaceful. She had a very beautiful space for us, and made sure we always have the things we needed. She even took us on a little drive and showed us around the area! It was so lovely!

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti asunnossa, joka oli kodikas ja hyvin varustettu. Hyvä sänky. Liikenneyhteydet lähellä. Sisäänkirjautuminen avainlaatikon avulla oli helppo ja joustava. Mikroa vähän kaipasimme, mutta pärjäsimme hyvin ilmankin, koska paistinpannuja oli useampia. Oli kiva, kun asunnossa oli suolaa, sokeria, öljyä, mausteita ym pientä valmiina. Asunnossa ei ole ilmastointia, joten jäimme miettimään onko se kovin kuuma helteellä. Nyt keväällä ei ollut mitään ongelmaa sen suhteen. Ehdottomasti yksi parhaista Airbnb-asunnoista, joissa olemme olleet. Kiitos! 😀

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Munich! The space was spotless, comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Highly recommend!

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Ludwig was always readily available and responsive. His home was nice,clean, and very livable. It made for a nice home base to explore Bavaria.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Rosalind und ihrem Mann in Empfang genommen. Die beiden waren sehr herzliche und sympathische Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und München oder Starnberg sind sehr gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Wir waren zu 4. da und hatten ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist relativ steil und eng was für uns kein Problem war aber mit Kindern oder älteren Personen könnte das ein Thema sein. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft eine Emfpehlung!

Prachtig huis, goede uitvalsbasis om leuke dingen te ondernemen in München of omgeving. Prettig verblijf met een heel mooie ruimte voor actief tijdsverdrijf.

Perfect location at Peter’s place! It was extremely clean and well stocked. It was very quiet and I felt safe as a single mama with 3 boys. Even appreciated the water and beer in the fridge! The location is in walking distance of the famous Glockenspiel in the Marianplatz, the outdoor markets, and many shops and restaurants. Access to train to get around the city is convenient as well! The city is very clean and generally quiet, especially on Sundays. What a treat! I appreciated the stay very much! I hope to return again soon!

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. Alles super! Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Einrichtung, sehr ruhig. Es gibt sogar ein prall gefülltes Bücherregal. Zum Kochen war alles da, Gewürze, Öle etc. Zur Begrüßung gab’s Brezeln und kleine Snacks sowie gekühlte Getränke. W-LAN war gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Andrea est une personne réactive à nos interrogations avant l'arrivée dans le logement : utilisation des transports à Munich, indications pour arriver au logement et sur les commerces alentours, grande plage horaire d'arrivée (appréciable lorsqu'on vient de loin ! ). Le logement était propre, lumineux, très bien équipé. Andrea est une personne sympathique et prête à rendre service. Merci pour ce très agréable séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben – modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Balkon, auf dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gepflegt, mit einer Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche – perfekt zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist super: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch tolle Ausflugsziele wie der Tegernsee, der Kochelsee oder der Walchensee sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The place is very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal and washer/dryer to clean your clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing! Great coffee machine that made us feel like baristas! The lake is within walking distance and has a restaurant and a Biergarten with food. The bus and metro system is really easy to use. There are two bus stops nearby the house. Download MVV app for ease of use. Two grocery stores within walking distance to grab drinks or even food to cook. If not in the mood to cook there are restaurants. The Italian restaurant, Tonino, was our favorite with delicious food, great service, and good prices. The hosts are beyond wonderful, quick to answer any needs, and very hospitable! We adore them and will be back again!

Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine / zwei Personen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Treppe zum Mezzanin ist ziemlich steil. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist ok - in der Stadt Schwabmünchen ist man in ca. 20 Minuten oder man läuft 30 Minuten.
