Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Echo Park, Los Angeles

A really awesome sweet sanctuary! Beautiful space, super quiet & peaceful, comfy bed & nice decor. We really enjoyed our stay & appreciate the host’s flexibility.

What a beautiful space, the terraced backyard made for incredible conversations among our small group and nice spots to get away for some quiet time too. Huge kitchen, comfy beds, fun decor. The parking gate and long driveway were much appreciated in a city where parking can be a nightmare. On Echo Park Ave, but perched high above the bustle, shady and quiet. Elysian Park and incredible views were accessible with just a short, steep walk. The nightly rate split among us was a real bargain too, probably the best value AirBNB I have yet to stay in.

Looks just like the listed photos and host was very responsive to all our needs! Great if you have a little one and need baby supplies.

It was honestly my first time staying in LA away from the downtown area and I think it really hit the mark. The area was super quiet and the people nearby were friendly. The rules of the home were also very understandable and easy to follow. There wasn't anything wrong with the place at all. It had a beautiful view and a nice spot to relax outside. I would say the only downside is that if you don't drive, it could be a bit of a hassle to get around, but otherwise, amazing place. I would definitely recommend this to my friends or other guests!

The place is amazing and as described. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck and it's lovely with things we didn't use -- gas grill, space heaters, but others surely would. Nicolle was responsive and helpful. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with teas, spices, coffee, pasta, way more stuff than I've usually found in an airbnb. The location is great with many things to do within walking distance -- Echo Park and Sunset Blvd with restaurants and bars, for example. Bottom line? Totally satisfied.

Jordan’s place exceeded my expectations in person! So clean and so cute. It had really nice energy and was decorated with so much love- all the details and books and Knick knacks made it a special spot, also a nice touch hearing Jordan play piano upstairs in the afternoon :) peaceful. I would recommend this home to stay and the big plus was the location was amazing!!! Thanks again for a great stay.

We had a great stay at the Bohemian Echo Park Getaway! We were looking for a spot close to Dodger Stadium, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The home was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of our favorite features was the cozy den upstairs—complete with a record player and a great vibe for relaxing after the game. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy LA with a bit of charm and comfort. Would definitely stay again!

A charming house in the heart of the trendy Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. It was comfortable, quaint, with lovely outdoor spaces and easily walkable to coffee houses, shops, and restaurants.

I loved my stay here at Mary’s place, and especially enjoyed spending time on the deck enjoying the sunset. Mary was a kind and courteous host and her space is private, comfortable and has everything you need to cook if desired. My only con is that you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around quite loudly, and sometimes very late at night. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, a perfect location to relax and explore the city, especially close to Atwater Village, Los Feliz, Highland Park and Echo Park.

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

Javier's place was wonderful. The views from the patio and the apartment are beautiful day and night. It's quiet and peaceful but with lots of food and market options nearby, and it's close enough to the freeway to make it easy to get out to other neighborhoods but no so close that the freeway noise is noticeable. During our week stay we cooked meals, ate on the patio, did laundry, did some remote work, and watched movies on the couch. It was a perfect home away from home.

Charlotte’s place was super cute and so peaceful. We loved the outdoor area. It did not feel like we were in the heart of LA. The host was great, very good communication . Great stay, I would recommand it.

The way Cliff treated us as guests really touched my heart. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. The location was literally perfect for us and it’s such a great deal. It really is a private place. We felt nice and tucked away.

Talia is a great host and provided us with great recommendations to do in Little Tokyo!

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

I had spent the weekend in downtown LA in the location was pleasant. It felt secure and safe was clean and spacious. The rooftop was added along with having safe parking across the street. I’ll be referring and booking again soon.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great stay right near the best parts of Venice. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Highly recommended!

This was a grate last minute booking. San allowed me to check in early so I could get ready for plans later that night. The place was in a great location if you want to be a tourist! It did have a noticeable smell to it but there was candles in the unit and that took care of the smell. Over all I would recommend staying here to anyone and would book again
