Central and cozy mini studio, located at the ground floor of a renovated house, very close to the city center(5 min by car, 15 min by foot and 8 min by bus) but as well to Kirchberg(5min by car, 15 min by foot and 7 min by bus) The studio fits the need of a short stay either for a business trip or a visit. The Trier Quereinhaus from 1866 was lovingly restored according to historical models with ecological building materials such as clay, lime, straw, jute and solid wood. Spend a unique experience with us in a vacation home from a bygone era. Explore the Südeifel Nature Park and the Müllerthal Valley on numerous hiking and cycling trails.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.

My place is in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Kersch and yet only 15 minutes by car from the city center of Trier, 30 minutes from Luxembourg Airport. You'll love my place because of the coziness of the old estate, high rooms, nature, views over extensive fields, quiet location, relaxation. Large garden behind the house. 50 m further children's playground at the village fountain. .

Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
