Welcome "starboard" - on the edge of the city - and yet close to the city. In the immediate vicinity (on the doorstep): great (bike) hiking trails and the nature reserve "Windebyer Noor". A little further (1.2 km): Meerwasserwellenbad, beach, downtown, train station. Here you have peace in the countryside, nice people and animals and your children will be thrilled by the great tree house, the trampoline, squirrels and the fireplace. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house.
