From the balcony, whose windows can be pushed to the side, you can see the city center and the cathedral, the city harbor, the Möweninsel [seagull island] and the Schlei. You also have a nice view from the living room. Ideally suited to explore Schleswig and the surrounding area from here. Parking is available in the parking garage or on the landlord's property (Schwanenwinkel 1).

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

Cozy tiny house near Schleinähe in a secluded location

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

Machen Sie ausgiebige Spaziergänge, entdecken Sie die Küste auf den über 30 kilometerlangen Radwegen direkt am Wasser oder entspannen Sie sich beim (Sonnen-)Baden am weißen Sandstrand. Erkunden sie die Küste vom SUP-Board oder Kiten Sie je nach Wind und Wetter. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden Sie (fast) alles, was einen Urlaub am Meer ausmacht.

Lüttje Huus

The "lüttje Huus" is right next to the old fishing district of Holm von Schleswig with the old well-kept fishermen's houses around the historic cemetery. The city harbor with embassy rental, ice cream parlor, restaurant and cafes is only 150 meters away. Many other attractions are also close to the "lüttjen Huus," such as the cathedral, the Johanniskloster monastery or the Holmer Noor nature reserve. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, a dining room for 7 people with sofa corner, the sofa bed there serves as an emergency bed for another person, a modern equipped full bathroom and a furnished kitchen. A cozy corner in the garden invites you to grill and relax.

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours near Schleswig! Located between Schlei and Hüttener Bergen - each only about 5 km away. The Selker Noor with its own swimming area is only 3.4 km away, and the Viking village of Haitabu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also very close, as are Gottorf Castle, Schleswig Cathedral and the harbor. It is also only 20 km to Eckernförde Bay!
