I decided to come to Vietnam to celebrate my birthday with my cousin. There was a cake with party hats and favors waiting upon my arrival. I thought that was sweet and kind.

The interior is very clean,neat and tidy. Dedicated thoughtful instructions. The procedure to get the unit is convenient,helpful. The balcony view is very nice, especially in the evening. Everything was more wonderful than expected for the cost.

It feels like home, in addition, the host is very enthusiastic and creates a comfortable atmosphere for guests. Worth the money 🍾 thank you very much.

I had a clean and comfortable stay here for my 3-day trip to Hanoi! The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the location was not too far from the Old Quarter and Train Street~! Xin cam on~

We (a family of 3) just spent 14 nights here. It was a nice experience for us. The place Gia Lam is very lively, dotted with restaurants, cafes and grocery stores around. The apartment is beautiful, modern and secure. Distance from Old Quarter is around 40 mins by Grab ( $8 each way). The apartment has 2 mid-sized rooms , the air condition works great and the wifi speed was good to work. The communication from host was great and we have had our doubts cleared before visiting. Also airport transfers were arranged by the host ( with additional charges) but it saved us a lot of effort finding taxis midnight. The apartment is tastefully decorated and we had a hassle free stay. Some suggestions to host to even make it better : Pls include a microwave and dishwasher as these are essentials for long term stay. Also providing a manual for the cooktop would help. The quantity of cutleries ( dishes and plates) should be a little more as it seemed inadequate. Overall a nice stay. Thank You.

I stayed here for 1 month. Trang is the sweetest person and has meet all my needs in no time at all. This apartment is perfect for a solo traveller. If you stay 1 month or longer, she will send a cleaner once a week. The apartment is blessed with plenty of natural light, clean, unencumbered by pointless knick-knacks. One very important thing to consider is that the building has a gym on the 3rd floor, making it perfect even for lazy guys like me who would otherwise skip. The neighbourhood offers lots of food choices, among which the best banh cuon Cao bang you will ever have. Choose this apartment and I promise you won't regret it!!!

great location, 20 min walk to old town but far enough out that it’s not too busy on roads. Space was beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Would recommend.

I had a fantastic experience staying here! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check in super easy. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches around the room. Definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. One of the best places in Thụy Khuê !!!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area !!!!!

Phuc is an excellent landlord with great communication skills in English. He's very responsive - when our TV broke down, he replaced it with a new one within a week. He also promptly installed a water filter upon our request. The apartment itself is in fantastic condition and has been recently renovated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with relatively little road traffic compared to the rest of Hanoi, and clean sidewalks. There are many cafes and a shopping mall nearby. There’s also an affordable direct VinBus service to the airport. My wife and I highly recommend staying at Phuc's place.

Very great place. Just as shown on the pictures. The way they receive you and take care of you is exceptional. They are very friendly and take care very well of their guests! Def recommend everyone that wants to come to Hanoi

My cousin and I had a wonderful stay at Kien's apartment! His apartment was in a fantastic location, surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and local businesses that spoke some English. This apartment was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and looked just like the pictures as described. During my stay, I wanted to do a load of laundry since Kien's place included a washer. Since I was unsure on which detergent to use, Kien insisted to deliver a brand new bag of detergent. I greatly appreciate this kind gesture and amazing service. I do want to kindly note to others, that this apartment is on the fourth floor and there are no elevators in this building. This wasn't an issue for me, but could be a consideration for anyone traveling with heavy luggage. All the best and thank you for the wonderful stay Kien!

The location in Ecopark is perfect peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and a refreshing escape from the busy city center. Great stay and responsive host.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

This apartment is an oasis amid the bustle of Old Quarter, awesome views, lovely vibe and clean. I loved staying here.

Anna has been really hospitable from the time I arrive to the time I checked out. Despite my late arrival as I was coming from a sleeper bus, she waited to ensure I had a smooth process checking in and switched on the air-con to cool the room in time when I arrive. Instructions were clear as visuals were provided. Room was as shown and clean too! Smells really nice and cozy. Had a pleasant time here and it was sweet of her to bring up some lychee fruits and change of towels. There is also a halal restaurant less than 5 mins away the accom. The extension cable is beneficial for us too! Would be great to have a big mirror in the room itself. Anna is very responsive and overall an amazing host. Highly recommend! :) Thank you Anna! (P.s the water cooler is super convenient for me to refill my water)

This location was a gem to find within the city. Upon arrival I was stunned and had to send a message regarding the beauty of the design. Quite unique and comfortable. The balcony was surely a beautiful addition I’ve never seen before. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wooden bathtub - amazing, the kitchen was equipped with needed essentials, just overall I enjoyed the stay and was amazed at the design.

Trâm was an incredible host. He was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay in Hanoi, which really made us feel at home. The airbnb is beautifully designed, spacious and calm. You do not really notice that you are in such a busy area as the airbnb is located in the back of the house. The area is great, you can walk everywhere and come home in between. We would 100% recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again if returning to Hanoi.

We can’t recommend this accommo enough. The space was perfect for 2 couples. Used the upstairs patio so much. Appreciated the snacks and water and coffee. Thankyou Quynh Communication was excellent. Early check in was so appreciated as well. Plenty of towels. Thankful for the washing machine and liquid after being away for a week. Would definitely stay here again when we visit next. Highly recommend. Great little restaurant next door

Had a great holiday with family.... the apartment was very neat and clean.......the host was very friendly and helpful....... enjoyed the stay......... the place is very beautiful to look........it is opposite to the lake ......the locality is very pristine and calm........thank you for making our stay wonderful.
