The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. The accommodation is close to the center, very convenient for traveling to many surrounding attractions. The area is quiet, private and has lots of trees. The apartment owner is always supportive and responds to messages quickly.

Myself and 2 friends stayed at Hanoi Little hotel on two occasions during our trip to Hanoi. We did not get the room we had booked but we were notified before hand and the hotel provided a free airport transfer in lieu of this. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful, and provided us with excellent advice on tours which they booked for us in Hanoi. Rooms were clean and neat. Check whether breakfast is included - ours wasn't. Overall we had a good stay here. Would definitely recommend it.

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful weeks in Tra’s beautiful flat, and it was one of our favorite AirBnBs! The apartment was spacious, full of light and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—including a great AC system, super-comfy bed, tons of storage, and a washer/dryer that worked really well. Weekly cleaning with fresh linens felt like such a luxury and was super-efficient. The location was ideal: tucked just outside the busiest part of the Old Quarter, but still within easy walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake, Truc Bach Lake, Train Street, and so much great food. We loved the mix of local restaurants and cafés on the street, including Vietnamese restaurants, a family-run café specializing in eel and a fantastic pizza place. A Circle K with snacks and toiletries was just steps away, and there was an ATM a few doors down. Communication with Tra was excellent—he always responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay and would absolutely return!

Thanks for having us! The apartment is a quiet oasis just north of the busy old quarter in Hanoi. We really enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks, there was so much space to spread out, a great view, and the wifi/table/desk was fantastic for working. Other reviews mentioned the school could be a bit noisy, but it wasn't too noisy that it disrupted our work, was actually quite a fun vibe! The apartment is on the 7th floor so it has a great view of the street and surrounding areas. The security guards and staff were all so lovely and helpful. We arrived quite late and the check-in process was super smooth as there is a guard 24/7. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Hanoi!!! Thank you :))

Very good experience in this home in the quiet area of Ba Dinh! It is well suited for long stays, the little extra would be more kitchen utensils: ) The caretakers and cleaning staff are adorable! I recommend it!

Amazing service and a great room. The host was amazing, the location was amazing and it was easy to find with the perfect instructions from the host. I was sad I had to leave because of construction in the morning, I need my sleep😅 Other than that it was perfect.

A modern, spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished apartment in a well maintained apartment building. Located in a small alley in a quiet residential neighbourhood with eating options nearby and just a 5/10 minute drive to the old town. Our host, Duong, kindly arranged airport transfers and helped us recover a lost suitcase during transfer. Instructions for airport pick-up, check-in and check-out procedures were clear and timely. We stayed there for 1 nights and had a nice stay. The room was clean and comfy, good wifi, and the property manager was very easy to deal with and replied promptly if we had any questions. It is Conviently located near the beach and has lots of shops, coffee, and restaurants nearby.

hung and his wife are very humble as hosts as well as helpful in all manners. they're prompt in response and understands the needs of guests well. The place is suitable for small family or married couples.

The apartment is nice and cozy. There are supermarkets and some restaurants within 5 minute walk. It's also easy to call a taxi to get around.

Our stay with Areca homestay was perfect. I love how responsive Christine is and how interactive the receptionist: Nadian and Levi. They recommended us some foods and souvenir shop to go. Tho it is quite far to the old quarter, you can rent a motorbike to travel and tour around nearby places. It is best if you inform them about your arrival as the front desk will close around 9pm. Overall, we had a good stay. Will recommend areca homestay :)

We had a fantastic stay at Ficus Suite Apartments in Hanoi. The location is unbeatable - everything is within walking distance. We could easily explore the main tourist sites, wander around the old town, and discover delicious local food. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable - a perfect home base after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and offer recommendations. Overall, Ficus Suite Apartments offered great value for money. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Hanoi.

This is a great apartment located in one of the best areas of Hanoi. Just a minute away, you’ll find lovely cafes perfect for breakfast and dinner. In the evening, it’s nice to take a walk along the waterfront. It’s quite peaceful at night, and there are no issues with sleep. I’m very happy that I chose these apartments.
