Really nice cozy place, much nicer outside than in the picture. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended! I will come back next time I visit Hanoi.

Perfect location, place was great value, host responded to any communication. The stairs/ladder to mezzanine bed could be tricky for someone with reduced mobility or who had too much to drink. It was no issue for me and it is fairly clear in pics. Would stay again.

Excellent location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Lan is friendly and helpful host. I would highly recommend this place. The building name is Masteri Waterfront Building M2 for easy access on grab.

I stayed in these apartments for a week and had a great experience. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and clean. A concierge was always present at the entrance, politely opening doors, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area is beautiful and well-kept. The apartment itself is cozy, bright, and well-equipped. Everything felt new, and there was a pleasant scent throughout, including the bed linen and towels. The elegant dishware was a lovely surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I didn’t want to get out of it! A big plus was the heater, which made the space warm and cozy on colder days. The apartment had thoughtful amenities: liquid soap in the kitchen, bathroom essentials, shower gel, shampoo, and even hotel-style extras like a comb, razor, and toothbrush. A full pack of tissues was also provided—very convenient! Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended!

Staff were super helpful. They were friendly when I picked up the keys. The hosts were also very responsive when messaged through airbnb. Located in a nice part of Hanoi in Tay Ho near everything you could need. Nice views of west lake from the room.

Nhung was an excellent host, incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional and always ready to help. She speaks very good English, which made communication very easy. The room was well equipped with everything needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite being close to a busy road, the room remained quiet and peaceful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed in 2 places since the AC broke in the first one. For the place describe in here. It was a great place, the building is in a great location away from all the noise, and near enough everything. The weather in Hanoi was so hot that I moved around in grab. The host was really helpful went the AC broke down. In the same day they offer me to move in to a different apartment that they own. I wish I could have stayed here since it was so convenient for me. It's a great place.

It was nice staying at Mai’s place. It was clean, well decorated and somewhat quiet. The area is was convenient as there were many shops and some restaurants nearby. It really had a nice vibe and I wished I had discovered it sooner.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This was the only place we could find quickly close to Aeon Mall for a night which was convenient and it worked for us. Communication was great and the host helped us order some pizza.

I had a good stay at Hien’s apartment, everything was as expected, the apartment is spotlessly clean and has nice lake view. Everything works - hot water, aircons etc. There are many eateries and cafes around. I chose the place as it’s near my parents’ house, and definitely hope to lease it again.

Nice place in a great location. Nearby vegan restaurant was some of the best food we’ve ever had (and we’re not even vegetarian 😂). Many things to do nearby… movie theater, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants, supermarkets and a lake all within walking distance. Really nice area with lots going on, full of life and community. Chung was a great host, always very quick to respond and helpful. Very safe as well. Definitely would recommend!

We stayed in this apartment for a month and were very happy here. If we were to come to Eco Park again, this would be our apartment of choice again. Pros: - Nice, friendly interior - Big, comfy couch and big living room area - Comfy beds - Nice, warm shower - Good kitchen table and kitchen with utensils - Comfy chairs - Good working desk in one of the bedrooms - Aircon /heater Cons: - If you're here during the colder months like January, as we were, it can get a little bit cold (if you don't have the heater on constantly). But that's the case in most other apartments too.

Location is very convenient and host is always responsive to any question and concerns.

This is a hidden gem. Although getting to the accommodation might seem a bit sketchy at first, once you realize that it is just a local alleyway you will get use to it. When you open the door you will be greeted with a modern kitchen and apartment. All the beds are comfy and will provide a great nights sleep. It’s located in a busy part of town but since it’s located between buildings it’s actually pretty quiet considering where it’s located. Ha and co host provide everything you might need. It is a 5 story building so be prepared to walk up and down. Not great for elderly or disabled folks. Overall this is a great place for a family or group of friends. I would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent time staying at Olive Garden. We actually extended our stay twice. The surroundings were a peaceful sanctuary in an otherwise noisy and manic place. We walked to many of the attractions in Hanoi. There is a street market within a few minutes walk. We could buy tofu, vegetables and fruits. The house is spacious. We were happy to have separate living and sleeping spaces. We used the kitchen to make meals. The television is large and good quality. The bathroom has two fans and the water heated very quickly. We had plenty of towels. The air conditioning was effective and kept us cool. This was a great place to stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet!

Amazing Stay! The hosts are perfectly responsive with quick and helpful replies. The place itself is gorgeous and a really fun vibe to stay with friends and family. Location is also perfect with every attraction in Old Quaters less than a 10 minute walk. Great Experience !!!

We were only a family of four so we felt like we’ve severely under utilised this cosy space. From before check in, the host was proactive in sending us instructions on how to locate the place and check in instructions. We also arrived an hour early and it was nice of her to offer us the option to check in earlier. There were some plumbing issues I believe which caused the ceiling above the dining table to flake a little due to the water seepage but she assured me that a repairman would be engaged after the booking ends. It did not affect us enjoying the cosy home though.. we really had the best sleep while we were in Vietnam here. Lots of pillows, firm mattress, good air conditioning, cosy blanket. The location is also near enough to be considered old quarter for tour groups to pick you up directly but yet far enough to have some peace and quiet.
