The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

Swimming pool and cinema 10 minutes away by car.

Due to the size, layout and amenities, we only offer this apartment to 1-2 people! On request, if necessary, max. 4 people! But there is no closed bedroom! The guest house is located within walking distance of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park in one of Kassel's most popular districts. The closest tram stop is 500 meters away. From there, you can go directly to the city center. The residential area is very quiet and the guest house is in the immediate vicinity of the conservation area, which offers many opportunities for walking or hiking.

We are a young family and offer you a lovingly furnished apartment in the district of Kassel – designed according to the motto "As for myself". Quietly located, the Documenta city of Kassel is about 15 minutes away.
