Monthly Rentals in Edgbaston Reservoir

Peace was very responsive and allowed early check in as I was reaching in the morning :) The room was as expected and was clean. The bathroom was also very clean, even though it was shared with two other guests. Her place was 30 mins walk to the city centre but it was an easy and pretty scenic walk. The doors were quite creaky though and you may get woken up by someone opening/closing their doors. Locks were a little difficult to figure out. The stairs up the apartment were manageable.

Exactly what I needed. Reasonable price, peaceful and close to where I need to go to in the morning.

Very nice house, garden area ideal. Nice personal touch with bread and butter for us to enjoy. Would stay there again

Would definitely stay again the next time I visit Birmingham! Very homely and right near the city centre. Ibon was a great host and answered any questions I had regarding check in :)
