Beautiful Gulf Front condo overlooking the white sandy beaches on the Emerald Coast is everything you dream about in a beach vacation. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! Condo 3-1004 is located in Tower 3 on the10th floor at Edgewater Beach Resort. The age requirement 25. Registration fee $50 for the first vehicle and $30 for each additional up to 3 vehicles.
