Listing corresponded 1 to 1 of the pictures. Absolutely clean apartment and super nice contact. Vacuum cleaner, bed linen, TV, games, music box, cooker, microwave, hair dryer and fridge available. The reserved parking is great! To reach the apartment, you either have the possibility to take the bus, walk up the hill or (ideally) rent a car. Elisabeth was very accommodating, proactive and responded super quickly. Everything is perfectly signposted and cabinets even covered with signs! :) Since the apartment is on a hill, you have a great view, it is super quiet and except for birdsong you don't hear anything thanks to the windows. Highly recommend :)

Claudia is consistently a spectacular host, super relaxed, always helpful, and extremely friendly. I LOVE staying at her place and continue to come back again and again!

The view was amazing, the place was very spacious. The fridge was stocked with some small things which was a lovely surprise. Host was amazing at communicating and everything was beyond expectations.

Very nice, modern and lovingly furnished apartment with attention to detail. I felt very comfortable It was great that the apartment remained cool in the summer, as it is located in the basement. The furnishings were magnificent, there was everything your heart desires and more. I will be happy to come back! :)

We booked the accommodation as wedding guests and were thrilled with how large the accommodation is - enough space to get ready for the wedding at the Besselich Monastery Estate in peace. The terrace was our personal highlight.

We stayed in Werner's apartment for 10 days as part of our summer vacation. It was a wonderful time in which we were able to really switch off and relax despite private turbulence. With a car hour radius, we could also find a new attraction every day that we could travel to and enjoy (Trier, Luxembourg, all the well-known Moselle towns & villages, etc.) In particular, I would like to emphasize the price-performance ratio. For just over €25 per person per night, we were offered such a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, such a well-equipped kitchen and a private garden area to relax and unwind in addition to the living room and bedroom. If we had a problem or a request, Werner actively supported us and made our stay as pleasant as possible without being intrusive in any way. We would love to come back and can only highly recommend the apartment!

The apartment is really lovingly furnished and everything you need is available. Even a coffee machine and grinder are available. The beds were very pleasant and the central tiled stove even equipped with wood. We did not notice anything from the landlord except very friendly messages, because we had no problems. The location is a bit off the Moselle, but the nice town of Cochem can be reached by car in about 10/15 minutes. All in all, a very successful vacation 😃

Philippe is a superhost. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything. It feels like you're home. The garden is also beautifully landscaped. For me personally, the most beautiful air bnb I have stayed in. Philippe explained everything well and responded extremely quickly to our messages. The area is very nice. Beautiful cycling and hiking routes. We had a great holiday. Thank you, Philippe, for having us as guests in your home.

A stylish and well-appointed accommodation. Especially the terrace invites you to linger. Everything clean and modern. There's nothing missing. The communication with the host is great. We felt very comfortable.

Lichtberg was untill now the best place for me to stay alone, it was relaxing and quiet. Luxembourg brought me such nice cruises in the neighbourhood. Hildegard is so sweet and i defenitely want to come back here!

The very quiet and beautifully located accommodation was easy to find and we were greeted almost to the minute. We felt very welcome right away and everything was very nicely arranged for us. Inside, it's even more beautiful than in the photos. Much of it looks like new, especially the kitchen and living area are modern and high-quality. The amenities are very extensive - it lacks nothing. Everything is bright and friendly and you have a great, unobstructed view of the beautiful landscape. The balcony and garden area with barbecue are also nice to use, where you can start or end the day, as well as in the sauna. There is more than enough space for vehicles, everything was very clean and the hosts were always available to us (very short response times). The surrounding area offers a lot of nature - the barefoot park is practically in sight. Many worthwhile excursion destinations can be reached quickly by car. We can therefore recommend this accommodation without reservation!

We had a great weekend with 12 adults + kids and dog. Both the many, cozy rooms with great beds, sparkling clean bathrooms, but especially the common area with perfectly equipped kitchens, sitting areas and the huge table were ideal for us. It was perfect for both young and old and from booking to departure, everything was always impeccable and the hosts/ladies were always immediately available. Absolutely recommended! The Geierlay Bridge is within walking distance and ideal for a short walk/ or a hike. We are already planning to come back:D

This is a great, unique place to stay. This very old house has been impeccably updated with all of the modern amenities. It is such a fun place with lots of areas to explore. It doesn't really have a true living room, as the couch is on the 3rd floor, so places for relaxing together were difficult. But, overall, we loved it for our family of 5. We didn't really utilize the kitchen for cooking, but there was coffee available and spices/oil. No sugar for tea, so just bring your own. Also, the silverware is in the dining room. :) The walk into the main street in Bacharach takes about 15 mins. It's a very sleepy, charming town. We really liked staying here.

Really nice apartment in the centre of Cochem, which is a stunning place to visit. The apartment is lovely with a great terrace to sit out amongst the rooftops and enjoy a coffee in the morning. It's situated in a really quiet part of the town but a short walk brings you into the centre. Alexander was a great host, always on hand to answer questions and went out of his way to make sure everything about the stay was great. Would highly recommend.

A very tasteful apartment, where EVERYTHING was really thought of. we felt VERY COMFORTABLE!

Wow, what a location this was! We left our previous b&b early due to noise pollution, so we booked this at the last minute. And what an oasis of peace this was! Beautiful, modern and large house. More spacious than our home. I would expect this living space and kitchen in a 6-8 person cottage. Nice and cool, ideal that the entire cottage can be darkened with shutters. Luxurious bathroom. And then that beautiful spacious green private garden with several seating areas. What a pity we could only stay here so briefly, would have liked to stay longer! The only downside is that there is only 1 bedroom, so daughter slept in the room with us. In terms of space, an extra room could easily have been created. It's nice that a crate was a duplo. And even a laundry room. Many windows/light so you can enjoy the beautiful view everywhere and enter the garden through the sliding door. Nice playground nearby. Friendly host, responds quickly to messages.

We were guests at Claudia's for the third year in a row and are still enthusiastic about the apartment. For the four of us adults, the apartment offered plenty of space. In addition, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Towels and bed linen included. This is where you can come in and feel good. We're already looking forward to next year!

Good and absolutely helpful communication with the host. The apartment was modern and clean. The location was ideal and almost too bad for one night.. Personally, the curtains were too bright for me to darken and I thought it was a pity that the garbage bags were not in the trash can, but I had to do it myself. But this is really "just" the search for the needle in the haystack.

The place was even nicer than in the photos and we really felt very comfortable. Although there were seven of us in the apartment, it didn't feel cramped, but still spacious. The decor is chosen with a lot of love and invites you to relax. The cinema chairs and projector are also exceptionally great ideas. We fully recommend the apartment. In summer, you should only note that the new train station is also right outside the door and you can hear the train with its announcements when the window is open. However, the amount of traversing trains is limited, so there was no problem for us.
