We absolutely loved our time at Kirsteen and Rupert’s place! It was spacious, clean, private and wonderfully comfortable. Our fantastic hosts were so communicative and always responded to any queries/requests very quickly. The location is quiet and peaceful with the sea, pubs and restaurants within walking distance, plus the botanical gardens and the city centre a longer walk or brief taxi ride away.

I had a lovely stay in Midlothian. The house was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. It was a perfect base to explore Edinburgh and the surrounding area. The host was friendly and helpful, and everything was just as described. I truly enjoyed the stay and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended!

A home away from home ❤️ The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was travelling with parents and a small child - so split levels meant everyone could have their own space and a big communal area on the ground floor which was perfect for us all. Location was great. A short cab ride into town, but walkable too. Close by to Arthur’s Seat, which is a must to do while in Edinburgh. Karen and Carina are amazing hosts, very responsive and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is very cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Our toddler especially loved exploring outside and had a great time running around the old Kirk next door. A lovely, peaceful spot—we’d definitely stay again!

The house was even larger than the photos suggested. It is a beautiful renovated old farm building, not far out of Edinburgh but completely rural. The surroundings are very peaceful with plenty of walks. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living area are all comfortable and light, suited our purposes (work). We enjoyed a visit to Rosslyn Chapel, not far away.

Our booking was a very last minute family emergency situation. I was dealing with Charlotte who was absolutely brilliant. The house was made ready at only a few hours notice. The house provided everything we could possibly have needed, especially peace and comfort during a very stressful time. Communication throughout was outstanding with genuine care for our situation. Thank you so much, we appreciate everything you did for us ❤️

Charming one night stay after getting in late from the airport!

absolutely perfect place to stay in Edinburgh. needed a quiet place to be with our infant yet close to all the activities and it totally hit the spot. you'd never believe you were so close to central Edinburgh whilst in this quiet little haven. amazing to have safe parking that you didn't need to worry about. Beautiful apartment and very simple check in and check out which helped decrease stress! can't recommend it enough !

This is my first stay in a holiday park resort. we had wonderful time & truly enjoyed the Stay. Morag have a wonderful lodge with all the facilities & its maintenance is top notch. We would love to visit this place again 🙂

From the minute we stepped in the door we wanted to stay longer than we had booked! Frederika and Agnes were super flexible about dropping off luggage earlier in the day, and the apartment was lovely .... excellent finishes, comfortable beds, plenty of room for the 5 of us to hang out. We enjoyed the pool and were sorry our schedule didn't allow us to climb to the rooftop terrace. The bathtubs were huge and the shower heads modern and very much loved by my weary gang. There are great little Italian restaurants and a bakery within a blocks of the apartment, and the Co-op (a block away) has an excellent selection of fresh and frozen food. It was an easy walk to the Tram and a variety of coffee shops as well. The apartment overlooks the square where you can take a picnic lunch or dinner onto the green space - also no time to do but a great feature. I will definitely be back!!!

Great site with good bus service and directly opposite the beach. Mobile home is in good position with spacious living area. Good double room, twin room a bit tight but the grandchildren loved it and the Highland Cow theme; so much so they’ve bought plush toys to remind them of their holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s cosy holiday caravan! From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home. The caravan was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special thank you to Mary for being such an attentive and thoughtful host—especially for quickly refilling the gas cylinders when needed. It made such a difference and showed how much she genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort. Mary, you’re the best host we’ve ever had 😀, and we’d absolutely love to visit again. Highly recommended! We stayed here to watch family members doing the Edinburgh marathon and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed and location-wise. The children loved the pool and playground and proximity to the beach was ideal. The caravan was cosy and had everything we needed! Thanks so much!

Only stayed one night in Priscilla, while visiting friends in Edinburgh. Had everything we needed, felt safe to walk the doggy in the wee hours, and was a peaceful night's sleep. Great communication and a great host - thanks!

We had a wonderful stay: perfect location in the old town, close to the train station, restaurants, cafes. The place itself is gorgeous, very cosy, and super well equipped (nice touch to discover snacks on top of everything else upon arrival). Communication was great, Nadia was lovely and very responsive. All information were very clear. We could not have found a better place to discover Edinburgh!

My husband and I had a great stay at Paul’s apartment! The apartment is even better in real life than in the photos. As others have mentioned, the communal spaces could use a little attention, though we knew that this is not within Paul’s control. The location was perfect for what we needed, Paul was responsive and kind, and the groceries he provided for our stay were a really, really nice touch. We’d stay here again should we come back to Edinburgh!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, very central to the city, yet still had that private, home from home feel. Beds are super comfortable and the place was squeaky clean. Craig and Holly are fantastic and super accommodating! I couldn’t recommend them more!

Our family of three stayed at Emanuele's flat. While not super well set up for a 4 y.o., we were aware of this ahead of time and came prepared. Nothing was too difficult to work around. While a fairly small space for 3, the space itself sparked so much interest that we never felt cramped. It is a charming flat and we felt right at home.

We had a wonderful time at Francesca’s place. She was super helpful and communicative, checking in on us regularly throughout our staying and making sure everything in the apartment was how we needed it. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and has lots of space, with everything you could need for a short stay in the city. The location is also great with lots of transport available for getting downtown.

Adrienne and Gordon were perfect hosts! This home is absolutely stunning with the garden - pictures don’t do it justice. It’s so private and in the perfect location near Stockbridge restaurants, wine bars and cute shops, as well as the Water of Leith walking path. We will absolutely be recommending this place to our friends and going back!

Eddie was a super responsive and helpful host! Answered all of our questions and the place is exactly as pictured and described. Space was clean and in a lovely location, close to lots of bus stops and easy to walk to new and old Edinburgh. 😊
