Arriving from Waverley Train Station and walking to the house is relatively easy. There is a tram stop at York Place at the top of Broughton Street with a direct connection to the Airport. You have many things around and the views from your room are of the beautiful Pentland Hills. Charming suite 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults.

Our boutique hotel is located in a peaceful area of the New Town but very close to all tourist attractions Room 7 on the lower ground floor is our largest room and combines a double bedroom and a separate lounge with sofa bed that sleeps two children. The whole apartment can accommodate 3 adults maximum with one sleeping in the sofa bed This charming suite has a shower and bath, fridge, high speed wi-fi/streaming TV and access to a rear courtyard.
