Ook uitstekend voor werknemers werkzaam in Eemshaven /Delfzijl ‘t Rustpunt’ de plek om volledig tot rust te komen! Een sfeervol huisje met veel ruimte in en buiten het huis. Een gezellige woonkamer waar u heerlijk een boek kunt lezen of tv kunt kijken. Een ruime lichte keuken met uitzicht op de tuin waar u zicht houdt op uw kind! En waar genoeg ruimte is om uitgebreid te kunnen koken. Met de open wenteltrap (trap wellicht lastig te betreden voor mensen die moeilijk ter been zijn!)gaat u naar de eerste etage en ziet u twee prachtig en gezellige slaapkamers . In 1 slaapkamer bevindt zich een twee persoons bed en de andere slaapkamer staan 2 eenpersoons bedden die uiteraard verandert kunnen worden in een 2 persoons bed. Beneden naast het toilet en de badkamer is een slaapkamer met een 1 persoons bed. Kortom ruimte genoeg in dit prachtige huis! Mogelijkheid tot huren van fietsen 10,- euro per fiets per dag.

Achterhuis in idyllisch gelegen 'weem' (pastorieboerderij) in rustig dorp 15 kilometer ten noorden van de stad Groningen. Riante woonkeuken, slaapkamer met 2-pers. kingsize bed, badkamer en antichambre. Met eigen ingang en fijn terras in Franse sferen. Gelegen aan 'maar' met mogelijkheid tot huur van kano bij huiskamercafé Trankiel. Wandelen en fietsen in de omgeving langs dorpen met authentieke middeleeuwse kerken. Of - bij mooi weer - lekker lezen en luieren in hangmat in weelderige tuin.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

A cabin from 2021 with all facilities you need. Easily accessible by car and located between Groningen and Delfzijl. The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.

A quiet and spacious apartment, with a wide view on the local church. The apartment is part of a larger house, which is a buddhist retreat-centre with a small community of three persons. So there will be sounds of other people, but generally we are very calm. Very suitable for people that like to go out for walks and like silence.
