Welcome to Villa Maria, our small fairy-tale chateau by the forest in Lauterbourg. It is your home away from home, with its own history and character, offering a calm retreat or a base between Karlsruhe and Strasbourg for exploring the Rhine Valley, Black Forest, and the Vosges. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Built in the style of an A-Frame house, the property has been lovingly renovated from the ground up – with a keen eye for aesthetics, quality, and atmosphere, in harmony with its architecture and the surrounding nature.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

The apartment offers one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and a large living room with open kitchen. The highlight is the terrace with a small garden facing south-west. Karlsruhe city center can be reached in 5 minutes by car or in 10 minutes by bus (stop 100 m away). In the immediate vicinity about 150 m there are two large discount stores.

Our spacious, bright apartment is in a quiet location, overlooking nature. It is in the district of Hördt, about 7 km from Germersheim. Close to Speyer/Karlsruhe/Landau. It has 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), open dining and living room with sofa bed (extendable), kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is about 68 sqm and is located on the ground floor. In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.

Stylish guest house with pool

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Quiet apartment on the outskirts - close to KIT-Campus Nord

Beautiful basement apartment on the outskirts of Leopoldshafen. Shopping (Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, bakery) and the tram to Karlsruhe (S1/S11) can be reached by foot in 5 minutes. The KIT Campus Nord is a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car or bike. A bike can be rented from us on request. The location on the edge of the Black Forest and the proximity to the French border invite you to breathtaking hikes and culinary day trips.

It combines the charm of an old half-timbered house with the amenities of a modern apartment (such as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and induction cooktop). We look forward to hosting you and offering you a wonderful stay and time to relax.
