We had a great time in Francesca's chalet. The accommodation was very clean, so we had no concerns about letting our baby play on the floor. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We were particularly pleased with the board games in the living room drawer. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen smelled very fresh, so we felt comfortable right away.

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

A great and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. With 8 people, we got along with the rooms and bathroom spaces. Pool was in our satisfaction!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely apartment. The sea view balcony is fantastic. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice loft. Beach right in front of the door and several restaurants and beach bars nearby. We also found surprisingly nice. Cruise through the sea lock is recommended.

We had a fantastic time at Recreatiepark De Wielen! The cottage was brand new, beautifully decorated and equipped with every comfort. The location is great – quiet, beautiful views and an ideal base for excursions in the area. Everything was very clean and well kept. We immediately felt at home and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

We had an incredibly beautiful time in this tastefully decorated cottage. Everything was perfect: a great landscape with cows, ducks, wild birds as the perfect backdrop for our bike tours. We very much enjoyed staying at and in the house - outside the free-range chickens and inside the great ambience, which enchanted with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely we will be back.

The apartment has an excellent location, directly on the dunes, close to the beach and quickly in the village. We were greeted very nicely at the agreed time, received some information and were warmly said goodbye to at check-out. It is nicely furnished and was perfect for the two of us with a dog. Had a lovely stay here in Alkmaar. The accommodation was wonderful. Felt right at home here very well equipped and very clean. The area was nice and peaceful and walking distance to town centre and train station. Would highly recommended.

The flat is very and consistent with the descriptions. Unfortunately, parking in front of the house is only possible for unloading. Michelle gave us a tip in about 16 minutes (on foot).

This was an amazing home and perfect for our stay in the Netherlands! It was clean and had a very comfortable feel. We loved the ease of parking and the location was perfect for wanting to visit Amsterdam and other smaller areas nearby. We had four adults and four children ages 6-14 and it felt like a great size for us. The hosts were very friendly and descriptive before check- in and check-out. I highly recommend this home!

The house is very spacious, clean and has a great outdoor space. The bathroom is a stand out with a large shower and double sink. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and sightseeing in the city centre. Would certainly return to this gem in Alkmaar.

We were very nicely received and Jet was always available for questions. The beautifully furnished and fully equipped small house was like a second home to us. The wonderful location and the tranquility contributed significantly to the relaxation. You can safely leave your car behind, as everything is within cycling distance. Not a sterile, commercial vacation home, but a feel-good place! Thank you for the stay at this very personal place, with many artistic gems, the Gmundener ceramics, a fully equipped kitchen... Around the house various outdoor spaces, for sitting, for lying down, a sunny spot at any time of the day. The location was wonderful, right on the beach, at the beautiful Pavillon Noord. If you don't know the region yet, you have all the possibilities from here: Explore the dune landscape to the north, the artist town of Bergen can be reached in a few minutes, as well as Alkmaar or Egmond. We returned to everyday life well rested!

Corien's cottage is totally tasteful and lovingly furnished. It is well equipped, perfectly located for beach holidays, bike tours and walks in the dunes. We were there with four friends and enjoyed our days there very much. It looks like the photos and the evenings on the cozy terrace were a perfect end to the days!

We came in through the door and were so excited we couldn't shut our mouths. Marja and Arnold's house and garden are fantastic. We felt very comfortable. Since we like to cook, we were happy about the very well-equipped kitchen. In summer, however, we can imagine that the bedroom would be too warm for us. Therefore, only spring or autumn is suitable for our next visit. The surrounding area is very beautiful. We enjoyed the good air, the many waterways and idyllic places on long bike rides. A true feel-good place!

We‘ve very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It’s located in a quiet and pretty residential street with many possibilities to park the car nearby. Everything looked just like on the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped and the combined dining and living room were very cosy. We would definitely come again.

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation and would be happy to come back. The apartment was really 10/10 clean and in a well maintained condition. The highlight was the private sauna in a separate area. There you could relax and unwind very well after a long day. The apartment is in a kind of backyard and you will not be disturbed by anyone. Since it is also not a main road, you can hear very little-gar no street noise. The beach and city are easily accessible on foot. It is advisable to rent a bicycle for exploring the area. A bike rental is within walking distance. All in all, a successful getaway.

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 babies in the house under the chestnut and felt super comfortable. The house is furnished with a lot of love, very cozy and well maintained. We felt right at home. The small front garden is beautiful and also behind the house you can sit nicely. With crawling children, the stairs would be very steep and not secured. It was ok with us. A baby bed was available. The communication with Astrid was completely straightforward. We were very warmly personally welcomed and would have been able to enter the accommodation earlier. Nearest beach is a quarter of an hour by car. Alkmaar is easily accessible by bus. Overall, we had a great stay and can absolutely recommend the place!

We immediately felt very comfortable in Martine's cottage. From the many windows and glass doors, even in the bedroom, you have great views of nature and on the beautiful terrace there are different seating options, even overlooking a small horse paddock. The cottage is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. By bike we only had to cross the street and were directly in beautiful, bike-friendly surroundings. Martine immediately helped us with each of our concerns - we can't imagine a better host! Thanks again for everything! Also for the beautiful welcome! It's been a great time!
