It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

The cottage has been totally renovated in the spring of 2022 and equipped with underfloor heating, heat pump and solar panels.

Schrijvershuisje/ holiday cottage "Little Hemingway" is ideal for the lazy reading holiday. Our cottage has plenty of books in the closet! There is also an opportunity to write. If you don't want all this, enjoy the peace, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cosy, and has a ditto sleeping loft. Three minutes walk from the beach. Note : from 1 July to 1 September, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to Friday/Sat.

Our stay in this house was wonderful. Everything was spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We especially enjoy the tranquility of the environment and its excellent situation to visit Amsterdam and the beautiful surrounding villages. The host was very friendly and attentive, with immediate response and giving us many recommendations to see and how to move around the area. No doubt an experience we would not repeat. We definitely recommend this house.

The small terraced house is located in the second row of a nice residential area. In front of the actual entrance door is a small lockable and non-visible porch area. This could be used to park bicycles or similar. In the house, you can expect a very clean and nicely furnished living/cooking/eating area with an attached small, modern bathroom. A relatively steep staircase leads to the sleeping area with a small dressing room. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and we lacked nothing. We cooked and prepared breakfast every day in the well-equipped kitchen. A Senseo coffee machine, a microwave oven combination and a gas stove as well as a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment make this very possible. Also available are a toaster and kettle as well as kitchen towels, dishwashing detergent, various knives and co. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is equipped with a small hair dryer. Everything 100%!

The apartment has an excellent location, directly on the dunes, close to the beach and quickly in the village. We were greeted very nicely at the agreed time, received some information and were warmly said goodbye to at check-out. It is nicely furnished and was perfect for the two of us with a dog. We will be happy to come back. Thank you! :-)

An absolutely perfect stay – it couldn't get much better than that! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved this place! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and communication with the host from the beginning was friendly, quick and straightforward. The apartment was spotlessly clean, lovingly decorated, and stocked with everything you could want – from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen to little touches like snacks, drinks, and toiletries. You can tell right away how much passion is in this space! The location was also ideal: quiet location, but still close to all the many attractions, restaurants and shopping opportunities. We felt completely comfortable and would have preferred to stay longer 🤗

The location of the house was very central. The house lacked nothing, everything was very clean and cozy. A beautiful fresh bouquet of roses stood on the table. Information about the apartment was well described. Ester gave us tips on what we can do. Thank you, we enjoyed the 5 days of vacation.

We had a wonderful week at the Duinstudio. Particularly noteworthy is the equipment, everything is available, from kitchen accessories to the equipment in the bathroom with plenty of towels, bath mat, etc. A warm welcome from Annelies, who was always there to help. We really enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden after a bike ride or a hike. Here, too, everything is well prepared, nice seating areas, charcoal for the grill, wood for the garden fireplace. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

A lovely quiet place, everything you need is there, even ice cubes and washcloths.😀 Everything has been thought of. Indeed a wonderful bed, spacious bedroom and bathroom, where you can store your things. Nice and flexible hosts and a beautiful environment. Supermarket and restaurants close by. It doesn't get any better. Thanks Jet & Tjeerd!
