Lehner Schlössl is located in the picturesque village of Leutasch, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a stone's throw away from the village center. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.

Haus Maria Theresia is a free standing house located on the edge of Ehrwald, towards Lermoos, right in the middle of the ski area Zugspitz Arena. This area is extremely suitable both skiers, cross-country skiers, hikers and families with kids. This sunny spot has beautiful views over the Moosdal and has ample parking in front of the door. Close to Ehrwald station, ski bus stop 5 minutes away.
