We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Our 4 apartments are located 80m from the road, ground level, south side, 2 of them with furnished terrace; they are between 34sqm and 68sqm in size and all as new, complete and lovingly equipped. Of course parking, Wi-Fi free, indoor swimming pool (300m) reduced with guest card, in summer Bogenparcour free. Apartment in the middle of the mountains

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

To the fantastic view

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I am sure you will love my home like me. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are also just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.

Large windows and south-facing balcony offer magnificent views of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cozy dining area and an additional sofa bed. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and Waxensteine and Alpspitze during your breakfast.
