THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

Haus Katharina is a rustic log cabin in an exposed, unique location directly on the ski meadow in/on the nature reserve. The property is 1100 m². Der rote Bauwagen am Dorfrand bietet Behaglichkeit für deine Auszeit. Zeit zum Runterzukommen und um das einfache Leben in der Natur zu genießen. Schöne Wanderwege laden zum Entdecken ein. Hügel, Seen oder Wälder - du wählst. Der Bauwagen hält alles für eine entspannte Atmosphäre bereit: Waschtisch, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank. Im Doppelbett 1,40 cm oder auf dem gemütlichen Sofa kannst du dich erholen. Im Winter duschst du in unserer separaten Ferienwohnung warm. Der Holzofen hält dich warm.

Located in the South Harz and lovingly furnished, this is the perfect starting point for all hiking enthusiasts and those who simply want to relax. With 183 m², three floors and beds for up to nine people and two toddlers, our vacation home in the Harz Mountains offers plenty of space for large families and groups of friends. In addition, you can enjoy the freedom of the in-house garden.

Holidays in the countryside

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

The spacious 80 m² apartment with 2 to 7 beds in our lovingly renovated half-timbered house above the rooftops of Ziegenhagen invites you to linger and relax. On the balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views over the forests. The imposing half-timbered house accommodates 12 nice people in 3 generations for many good conversations. Likewise, my catering, from which you can also have a delicious meal from time to time. In our foyer there is a library for lounging on cozy sofas.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. The small town, with good infrastructure, can be reached on foot in five minutes.
