Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. The large, modern and very bright terraced house in Hamburg's "front garden" is reminiscent of a Scandinavian beach house and invites you to linger. Both coasts (Baltic and North Sea) with their beautiful beaches are 1 hour drive away. The nature reserve with a large playground, a super large new skate park and the Holstentherme are within walking distance. The A7 can be reached in 5 minutes. The airport north of Hamburg can be reached in 25 minutes.

Where mermaids live, the water is not far away. Surrounded by the Treene and Eider rivers and canals and not far from the North Sea beaches, all possibilities are open to water lovers. The house is at the end of a row of houses. On 124m² there are 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and one toilet. Outside, on the ground floor there is a terrace with garden furniture and sheds and on the upper floor a loggia with dike views. The spacious living and dining area invites you to enjoy and relax. In addition, the house has a sauna, a fireplace and a bicycle storage facility. Dogs are also welcome.

Overnight stay? Also possible with organic eggs and vegetables

Our apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and offers a total of three rooms. There are two bedrooms , one room with 1.8m bed and a 1.4m sofa bed. A room with a bed of 1.6 m. I kept chickens and planted vegetables. If there are, you can also buy it and enjoy the organic eggs and traditional vegetables.
