Elegant Brooklyn style loft in the heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

The apartment is very central and quiet and is suitable for up to 4 people. On foot you can reach the Alster in a few minutes, with its numerous parks along the shore. You can also reach the city center, the exhibition halls and the convention center in a few minutes. In the neighborhood you can enjoy the immediate vicinity, numerous cafes, restaurants, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. Every Tuesday and Friday, the famous Isemarkt takes place in Harvestehude, where you can have a great breakfast, fish rolls or be seduced by regional delicacies.

Typische charmante Hamburger Altbauwohnung im Herzen Hamburgs im 1.Stock. HOMEOFFICE with fast WIFI. Die Hegestraße ist bekannt für tolle Ausgeh- & Shoppingmöglichkeiten und wird auch mal als klein "Paris" bezeichnet . Die Alster ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, die U3/U1, so wie diverse Busse innerhalb von 3Minuten. Schlafzimmer:1 Doppelbett(140x200cm) Wohnzimmer:1 Schlafsofa (90x180) Küche und kleines Badezimmer. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare,Städtereisende und Geschäftsreisende.

Ich vermiete tageweise meine 67qm Wohnung in HH Eimsbüttel in der ich normalerweise wohne. Es gibt einen Wohn-Essbereich mit Einbauküche, einen 8qm großen Süd-Balkon mit Grillmöglichkeit. In der Nähe (ca. 8 Min. zu Fuß) gibt es sowohl eine U-Bahn als auch einen Bus (4 Min. zu Fuß) in die City. Autobahn Anbindung A7 ca. 6 Autominuten entfernt Auffahrt Stellingen. In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.
