Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate and the black-out curtains for undisturbed sleep. The apartment has a private entrance with small patio outside. Here you can spend hours relaxing in the garden.

its a cosy and stylish town flat in the center of hamburg city- the house was build around 1800 so the flair is classy. its very quiet and sunny. the view goes out into the green backyard. the street is calm, but filled with cafes, restaurants etc. only 5 min walking distance to the vibrant sternschanze/ schulterblatt where hamburg boils and feels alive with its active nightlife, reeperbahn and dom and even the harbour are within walking distance- the public transport is easily accesable.

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

The bright, cozy and modern apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The connection to the city is very good. On foot you can reach the S-Bahn station Langenfelde in about 3 minutes. From there, an S-Bahn train runs every 10 minutes to downtown or the harbor. Duration to the city center (Stadthausbrücke) 16 minutes. On foot you can reach in about 4 minutes: Penny (8:00 am - 11:00 pm) and REWE City (8:00 am - 12:00 am)

The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner. Our quiet street is set at the edge of the Schanzenviertel with good transport links. The apartment has its own covered entrance from the courtyard. Smoking is also possible there.
