Great place, unique environment with polo horses and an appropriate atmosphere. Super quiet, super nice. A little Argentina in the middle of Schleswig Holstein.

The stay was wonderful: A warm welcome in the evening and a quiet environment in which you can switch off and enjoy nature. A really nice oasis of peace, lots of forest and heath in the area and great tips from Kristin regarding activities. My dog and I enjoyed our time there very much and if it works out, we will definitely come back. 🌻

Beautiful, quiet, idyllic accommodation. Queen size bed is good for two. Shower room top, everything clean and very comfortable, communal lounge with kitchen. We thought it was very nice and would love to come back, thank you!

Norbert’s cottage was amazing and unbelievably it was even prettier than in the pictures. Our two year old son was so entertained by looking at all the different collected items in the cottage and even though there were many old pieces the place didn’t feel overcrowded or stuffy and it was so clean. It was a little bit like staying in a museum, but in a fun way. We were also completely blown away by the beauty of the garden. Even though it was a bit chilly when we arrived in the evening we just had to sit outside and enjoy some complimentary tea and all the flowers and lights. Norbert was so friendly and very responsive and we felt very much at ease during our stay. There is a detailed book with instructions and recommendations in the house. We found the area very nice although residential and it is only 15 minutes on foot to the restaurant street Mühlenkamp and the u-bahn to downtown. We would love to go back!

Highly recommended. Flexible check-in with key box in a quiet courtyard without street noise, despite the central location. The beds were super comfortable, there was a small fridge with drinks at reasonable prices. Everything was very clean and modern. We would book it again.

Beautiful, very well equipped and furnished house with comfortable beds. The accommodation is surrounded by beautiful nature in a quiet location with very good transport connections. After the hustle and bustle of the city, we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the garden. The dogs of the house, Kater and Pippa, greeted us very kindly when we met them. We were always helped with questions. We felt very comfortable.

I stayed with Frank and Angelika plus Mucho and Macho for the second time for several days (the two magical cats). It was a perfect stay in all ways. The location is exceptionally attractive. Residential-kitchenhouse-Bathouse-Logia and garden are provided in the middle of a natural landscape. I would like to highlight the warm personal contact with the hosts who make every effort to provide the guest with a wonderful stay.

Very nice accommodation. Our children also liked it very much. It was nice that there were so many toys for the children.

We (2 adults, 2 children) immediately felt totally comfortable in the apartment. The decor, the open living area,everything is great. The matrimonial bed is practically in a sneeze in the living room, but the separate children's room gave you enough privacy. The kitchen equipment was fine. Within walking distance you can reach the harbor via the dyke,here you will find a small food mile. During the summer it is certainly larger than in autumn/winter. All in all, the stay is very worthwhile! Thank you so much, I'm sure we'll be back to Grünendeich.

An extremely kind and polite host

We stayed at the apartment for five days over Easter. The apartment is super cut. Everything was very clean. The location is excellent for cycling through the heath. Lüneburg and Hamburg are easily accessible. We enjoyed the stay very much and recovered well. Doris and Klaus

Great place to stay, public transports and good shopping opportunities are close. It's a bit noisy due to the highway next to it. But with closed windows it was really quiet! Highly recommend!

2 of our company workers stayed in this accommodation. In the description it says that there`s no hot water, but there is hot water. So if you want to relax, no worries this is the place where you can do that. Arne is an amazing host, super friendly and kind. Honestly recommend staying here :)

I was in Hamburg for the OMR and the guest room was the perfect retreat and, above all, absolutely strong in terms of value for money. The room was clean, had everything you need if you "only" sleep there and above all a super nice view. You just have to be aware that you have to share the bathroom with another guest - but it went great during my stay! In addition, due to the great location, everything is within walking distance, including the exhibition halls. Gladly again!

perfect for 2-3 nights, in the thirsty neighborhood so a little noisy and alcoholic (if you arrive late), but the accommodation is rather good soundproofing, walking to the center is good, the accommodation was very clean and consistent with the photos :)

The apartment is modern, tastefully furnished and really impeccably clean – everything looks new, thoughtful and lovingly designed.
