Alster in 18 min. Central Train Station (Hbf) in 20 min. Airport in 45 min. In just a 3-minute walk, you will find bakeries, a sushi shop, a supermarket, three restaurants, and a bank. Bon Voyage! PS: Two limits: WC space is partly narrow (45 cm width) and the shower space has the max height of 173 cm.

Hamburg Elbstrand

Liebe Gäste, das zu mietende Objekt liegt in zweiter Reihe an der Elbchaussee. Sie können den Garten mitbenutzen (großes Trampolin mit Basketballkorb). Die Himmelsleiter und damit die Treppe zum Elbstrand ist 2 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Dort kann man einen Kaffee in der Strandperle oder dem Ahoi genießen und eine Kleinigkeit essen. Internet ist vorhanden und darf mitbenutzt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzgerei) sind fußläufig 5-10 Minuten in der Liebermannstrasse zu finden.

Zimmer am Stadtrand mit eigenem Bad

Hallo, ich vermiete ein Zimmer in einer Doppelhaushäfte mit Garten am Stadtrand von Hamburg. Die S- Bahn Krupunder ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Ich wohne in der Wohnung, zusammen mit einer Freundin. Bei schönen Wetter kann der Garten gerne genutzt werden. In der Küche gibt es eine Mikrowelle und einen Teekocher. Das Zimmer wird sonst als privates Gästezimmer von mir genutzt und ist daher nicht ganz leer geräumt ( Seihe Foto mit Regal). Es gibt aber genug freie Staumöglichkeiten.

Our house is 30m from the metro, yet quite quiet. You live in a room on the upper floor, a private bathroom is only available to guests on the ground floor. The house has a small garden, which can also be used. It is only 14 minutes by subway to the main train station, and a parking space is available on the premises. In the immediate vicinity there are some good restaurants, very close to some shopping opportunities.

In my 80 sqm apartment I rent two rooms with a private balcony and full bathroom. An approx. 16 sqm room with king size double bed (180 x 200) and an approx. 13 sqm room with single bed (80 x 200). A small fridge with drinks, breakfast snack, Senseo coffee machine and kettle are available for guests. Public transport is about 180 m away. Reeperbahn and Fischmarkt are within walking distance.
