The house, surrounded by a sheltered garden, is located on a sunny slope in the small hamlet of Langackern between meadows and forests. It offers a special atmosphere of nature and modern luxury: bright, spacious, pleasant, with floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful views of the lovely landscape. The apartment "Zur alten Zimmerei" combines rustic character with modern design and enchants with its unique charm. Surrounded by green meadows & forests, you will stay in the beautiful climatic health resort of Nordrach in the Kinzig Valley in the heart of the Black Forest. The apartment is located directly above a former carpentry shop, which has existed since 1929 and formerly housed the craftsmen's apprentices. It is possible to park for free right outside the door or to use the bus.

The proximity to the Wutach Gorge, the Schluchsee, Feldberg (winter sports) and Switzerland make it the starting point for numerous activities. The house also has a large garden that guests can partially use (barbecue area). As hosts, we live one house away and are here to help you during your stay. Dogs are also welcome here, as we are also dog owners.

This small house, with a magnificent view stretching all the way to the Vosges Mountains in France, is located on the outskirts of Herbolzheim in the foothills of the Black Forest. Europa-Park and Rulantica are just 10 minutes away. The Black Forest, Freiburg, Strasbourg, and many more are great destinations from here. A tourist tax will be levied in Herbolzheim starting January 1, 2026. Guests will receive a Konus card upon request.
