We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

We warmly welcome you to our apartment (two-family house) in Hoppegarten near Berlin, which was furnished in a very modern, stylish, cozy way and with a lot of love and attention to detail. For your relaxing vacation or business stay, 100 square meters are available for your exclusive use. The apartment is located just 2-3 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn S 5 as well as REWE and DM. You are in the city in 25 minutes without changing trains. The S-Bahn runs 24/7.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, einen Schlafraum, ein Bad mit DU/WC. Zudem gibt es eine Terrasse mit Stühlen, Tisch und einem Grill. The vacation apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. It is a contactless stay with check-in via key box possible. We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. The property is not accessible.
