Cozy, bright, quiet and pleasantly cool apartment on hot days (😎). Everything that is needed in everyday life was available. Good location and starting point for various activities. Highly recommended 👍

Great location and Great host. My family of 5 really enjoyed the space and amenities. Host was responsive and fixed our wifi issue extremely quickly. Only challenge was parking. Recommend a smaller car. All and all, I have no doubt we will be back.

Beautiful, as good as new accommodation. Modern furnishings, spotlessly clean. The host also wrote us a small travel guide with recommendations for activities and restaurants. Everything's great!

We were in the apartment over Pentecost and we liked it very much. The roof terrace has a great view and the apartment itself is very modern, clean and spacious. We will be happy to come back!

We only stayed for two nights, unfortunately, but would love to stay for much longer. Lovely house in a beautiful area. Easily one of the best equipped airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at - fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, it’s got everything you may possibly need. Area ideal for cycling and hiking. We just stayed in Volker's apartment for 5 days. From the house you can walk into the woods for endless walks. Beautiful views, nice garden with lots of privacy and in the house there is everything you need. Volker is a friendly host who speaks great English and communicates quickly and clearly. Large space where the value for money is fine.

A beautiful romantic location to relax and unwind. Beautiful hiking area and convenient that there is a restaurant nearby.

We had a really nice time staying here. The place was clean, spacious, and felt very comfortable, perfect for the three of us. There’s a big table that was great for playing board games in the evening, and the balcony was a nice bonus, big enough to sit out and always in the shade, which we appreciated during the warmer hours. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. It had everything we needed, not just pots and pans, but also things like oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and even cleaning supplies. Always nice when you don’t have to buy all the basics for just a few days. Location-wise, it’s in a quiet area, but there are three restaurants just a 4-minute walk away, which made going out for dinner super easy. A few fun tips if you're staying in the area: Definitely try the Klettersteig in Manderscheid, really fun if you like a bit of adventure. There's a great little brown café in the center of Gerolstein, full of locals and super cozy.

We were here for the second time and again really satisfied. The apartment is very nice and the location excellent. Absolutely recommended!

There were two of us (father + child) in the apartment and we felt like we were guests at Udo's. Everything was tip-top furnished, clean and cozy. Even breakfast is a highlight (highly recommended!). We were allowed to feed the alpacas and take selfies on the very first morning. Udo explained a lot to us about alpacas. The outdoor area with sauna and whirlpool in the conservatory are also great. From here, many exciting excursion destinations can be reached, the Hahnenbachtal right next door, Idar-Oberstein with its mineral museums and tunnels only half an hour away by car. Short distances to the forest, but you also have some meters of altitude to climb and descend. In any case, a double thumbs up 👍

This is my most beautiful Airbnb in my years of airbnb experience. A beautiful old German house, castle in the background, beautiful garden with private terrace, free parking, super friendly welcome and explanation. And a beautiful price ( including sauna). 100 percent recommended!!!

This Airbnb was the perfect choice for our trip to the Nürburgring 24 Hours race! Located in the charming town of Gerolstein, it's just a 30-minute drive from the track, making it incredibly convenient. Gerolstein itself is a peaceful haven with stunning scenery, offering a wonderful contrast to the excitement of the race. The host ensured everything was spotless and ready upon our arrival. The house is fully equipped with all the essentials, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the spacious yard – it became our favorite spot to relax, chat, and unwind with friends after a thrilling day at the circuit. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Arrive and feel good! A very great accommodation where you feel right at home😊 The spa area is super nicely decorated and you can use it at any time (10 a.m. - 10 p.m.). The garden is also beautifully designed with a barbecue and a seating area outside. All in all, I can recommend the accommodation with the warmest heart🤗

a girlstrip that stayed at dominik’s place and every single one of us loved it, would’ve stayed longer, we felt instantly at home, the view and the garden were amazing. the airbnb provided everything we needed :-)

Had a great time, enjoyed the infrared sauna, jacuzzi and dutchtub. Nice spacious house. A few small tips: not a fan of the automatic air system, it got quite hot in the house (they were also very warm days but you can not speak of air conditioning) and the extraction/air system was too loud at night. Furthermore, screens would be really nice, so you can enjoy the fresh healthy outdoor air without the bugs ;)

We highly recommend this apartment. The contact with Stephan was always very nice. Correct instructions regarding check in, parking etc. made our stay very easy. The apartment for 4 people is completely sufficient. We enjoyed the view directly on the Moselle and the ships, despite the rain. Actually, there is nothing negative to report. However, there is a small shortcoming to note: these are the rather smelly and gray, worn towels that should be replaced. Fortunately, we had our own towel with us. The great location for bike tours is worth mentioning. Cycling through nature with the fantastic vineyards and along the Moselle is simply a dream. In pouring rain like we have, you simply drink the weather away. 👍 The city center, great wine bars and restaurants, very close and within walking distance. The ZUNFTSCHEUNE restaurant is highly recommended, with delicious wine from the winery AXEL EMERT.
