Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in El Cabanyal, Poblats Marítims

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The experience at the accommodation was perfect. The place was impeccable, as shown in the photos, very clean and comfortable. The location is great. The host was very kind, he welcomed us with local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful place and amenities Host was always ready to answer our queries. Supermarket was a few steps down the street. Close to bus stops to the main city sights. Beach 3 blocks walking distance.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

We loved staying at Martin’s place in Cabanyal. Top location and very peaceful at night. Loved it !

Spacious, quiet, clean apartment with everything you need and close to the historic center. Lots of great local food options in the neighborhood. Apartment is very quiet and I slept great. We were very happy with everything and Hernan is a great , responsive, friendly host.

My family and I stayed for one week at the Valencia apartment and had a great experience. The location is excellent - just a short walk to Turia Park, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. We appreciated how well-equipped everything was, making it easy to feel at home. A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the square. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Desiré is an excellent host who provided lots of very helpful information regarding transport, places to see and restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Pilar’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with kids. The location was perfect—just a short walk to public transportation, which made it super easy to explore all the sights around the city. Perfect location, close by metro to get into the city center and the apartment was really lovely. Clean, well-stocked with welcome drinks and bites, etc. Highly recommended!
