Holiday rentals with beach access in El Carmen, Ciutat Vella

Ich wurde herzlich empfangen, das Apartment war sauber und wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Leider war der Kühlschrank kaputt, aber diesbezüglich ist Keila bereits vor Anreise mit mir in Kontakt getreten, um eine Lösung zu finden, was wir dann auch unkompliziert getan haben. Es war alles bestens und ich bin sehr zufrieden! Ich hatte noch nie so eine zuvorkommende und freundliche Gastgeber:in. Die Lage ist super, das Haus ist schön ruhig und der Lärm, der in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben wird, war für mich absolut normal, da ich ebenfalls in der Innenstadt wohne. Ich würde sagen es war sogar recht leise. Lediglich ein paar Autos konnte ich hören. Für Menschen mit leichterem Schlaf lagen sogar Oropax bereit. Also eine definitive Empfehlung für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Valencia!

Questa casa è più bella che nelle foto, ha una doppia esposizione sul mare con il terrazzo davanti e sulla città con il terrazzo dietro che danno alla casa un’atmosfera incredibile, la camera da letto principale è decisamente WOW, il tempo passato in casa è stato rilassante e tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, Ines ci ha fatto un’introduzione a cosa fare e cosa vedere molto accurata e ci ha permesso di godere a pieno dei giorni di vacanza, ci ha anche mandato una mail dettagliatissima con tutti i suggerimenti dei locali e consigli sui mezzi per spostarsi. La casa è a due minuti a piedi dal mare e dal lungomare dove ci sono ristoranti molto buoni, noi avevamo affittato una macchina e abbiamo goduto del mare pur spostandoci ogni giorno a València centro o Las Artes. Consiglio vivamente soprattutto a coppie o con figli di età media data la doppia camera e l’area tranquilla dove esplorare in autonomia!

L'appartement d'Antonio est superbe pour un séjour à Valencia. Antonio était très sympa et accueillant, et l'appartement est juste en face de la plage.

Appartamento molto comodo, nuovo, pulito, spazioso e funzionale. Luogo tranquillo vicino a supermercato e metropilitana. Letto comodo. Cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Javier e Isabel sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci tornerei volentieri !

We loved our stay at Zilda’s apartment. Located in a lively part of Valencia, it was fascinating to observe how the locals lived in this city. Within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other amenities.

Apartament preciós i impecable. Té de tot, no hi falta detall. Molt ben equipat i acollidor. Millor que a les fotos. Vam poder aparcar gratis a davant. Molt a prop de parades de bus, va ser molt fàcil moure's per València. L'Illia va ser super amable, ens va enviar recomenacions i sempre ens va respondre al moment. El recomano al 100%.

Rafa was one of the best hosts! The apartment was perfect for us. Rafa was very responsive, and kind. He made sure that we were always taken care of and he was always available. He made the whole process very smooth and was very helpful through the trip. I highly recommend this apartment! Also, this location in Russafa was great!! Lots to do and very close to everything!

El apartamento es fantástico. Tiene todo y Cristina nos recibió, personalmente, con muchas cosas en la nevera, alimentos, productos de higiene personal, dulces, etc. Se encuentra cerca de la estación de tren Joaquín Sorolla, a menos de 10 minutos a pie. Y a una o dos cuadras de una estación de metro. Pero lo que supera todo es la atención y don de gente de Cristina. Una persona MARAVILLOSA. Se comunicó siempre con nosotros, nos dio indicaciones de todo tipo (del apartamento y de la ciudad) y vino a despedirse personalmente aunque salíamos muy temprano. Volveremos de Cristina si repetimos Valencia. Ya recomendamos su apartamento a amigos de España.

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in het huis van Silvia. De locatie is goed, strand op 5 minuten lopen, fantastische restaurants in de directe omgeving en het centrum is ook goed bereikbaar. Een fiets huren is een aanrader! Silvia is met recht een 'super host'! Heel gastvrij, heel aardig, behulpzaam, snel in haar communicatie en ontzettend flexibel in aankomst- en vertrektijden (mits de omstandigheden dit toelaten uiteraard). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, de inventaris is uitstekend op orde, bedden liggen goed en de badkamers zijn modern en goed uitgerust. Al met al een aanrader!

Amparo ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Sie war immer ansprechbar und hat auf Nachrichten schnell reagiert. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir Wasser, Brot, Orangen und Wassermelone vor. Kaffee, Tee und Marmelade waren auch vorhanden, so dass wir nicht mehr viel einkaufen mussten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und so wie beschrieben. Amparo war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten wiederkommen. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist fantastisch, es fehlte an nichts. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und im Bad gab es Duschgel, Shampoo und Spülung.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the host was super helpful and kind. The apartment was clean, spacious and had lots of natural light and the balcony made a lovely place to sit and have a drink. The beach was just a few minutes walk, it was clean and not busy. A grocery store just around the corner made it super easy. There were limited restaurants and things to do in the area but only a 15-20 min drive into Valencia around €20 for an uber. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Carla fue muy atenta y amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. El apartamento mejor aún que lo que se veía en las fotos, estaba decorado con muy buen gusto, impecablemente limpio y tenía todo los necesario. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita para relajarse y descansar cerca del mar. Super recomendable y esperamos poder repetir en cuanto podamos.

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und gemütlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühl. Vielen Dank

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future
