Holiday rentals with breakfast in El Carmen, Ciutat Vella

Super nice host who responds quickly. The location is a little further away than hoped. Google maps gives a certain time to Valencia in advance, but for the cozy part the travel time is x2. Supermarket and other amenities all very far away, something we Dutch people are not used to:) The house was great if you love peace and quiet. Swimming pool can be a little cleaner (doesn't seem to be a filter), beds are really too small for several couples. A little more towels would also be a godsend for several days. Airconditioners do their job well by floor!

We stayed here for 3 nights with young family (boys 11 and 8 years old). The place had a lot of things that kept the boys engaged and entertained. From animals like rabbits, bicycles to sports basketball, tennis, swimming pool etc etc Overall the experience was great. I had a conference to attend in Valencia, which meant the place had enough to keep the children busy. Staff were very responsive with multiple people available on phone, with quick responses. The facility is a bit aged and could do with some repairs. However the fact that it kept children engaged more than made up for age. Fantastic team!! Well done!!

practical and comfortable accommodation with adjoining bathroom. Good bedding. Well served by public transport. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. There is a lot of work in the neighborhood, so it is a little noisy, but there are double-glazed windows. Mercedes is very welcoming and gives good advice.

A cozy studio in the house of lovely people and close to the beach.

Jose, Marie and their daughter were the most kind, attentive and loving people. It has been a joy to stay with them, and it has made the city of Valencia feel like home. Jose helped me so much with directions and guidance so it was impossible to get lost. The check-in was very smooth, and I was breath-taken by the beautiful architecture and interior design, Marie is super talented and she even painted the door yellow to help her home stand out, when it is dark. The family are very sporty so when they found out that I like to go to gym, Marie gave me extra proteins in my breakfast, and also recommended a gym for me to go to. I didn’t pack any gym trainers so their daughter kindly let me borrow a pair. What an amazing experience, I feel very blessed and appreciative to get to know them. It was a home away from home and an experience I will cherish always! 10 out of 10 and I would definitely go back and recommend others to stay there. It is a very scenic and peaceful place.

We loved the vibe of the place, the tranquility , the laid-back attitude of the host and the fact that the accommodation is dog-friendly is a big plus. Enough space to explore for our dachshund! Breakfast was amazing and we loved the view from our terrace. If you are looking for a quiet place just outside of the city this is the place to be.

Carmen and Pepe are a charming hosts, always ready to answer your questions or just have a nice chat. They have just exceed my expectations.

Cool, roomy apartment in Paterna for our visit to València. Some food in the fridge ( putting the 2nd B in BnB) was very nice for a change. Beautiful park nearby. València center easily reachable by public transportation. All in all we were very happy with the place. Thanks!

Nice clean apartment with AC in every room. Located near both train stations and walking distance from town and russafa. Very easy and efficient communication.

Thanks Raul, your place was perfect for the 5 of us for a week. The accommodation was very clean and exactly as described. There was plenty of towels and cleaning products, and the Nespresso machine was very welcome! The 3 bedrooms were a good size. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere, including the Science Centre and Aquarium, which was an hour away, so we got lots of steps in! I would definitely recommend Raul's accommodation. He was very responsive too while we were there.

Very clean, spacious, everything you need for a city break. Managed to get free on street parking. There was a problem with check in which was sorted straight away with no fuss. Easy to hop on the bus into the city centre or to the beach. Nice and quiet once inside. Had a great stay. Very good value for what we paid.

I really enjoyed staying here, and would stay again. It's very basic, but this is reflected by the value in comparison with other apartments in the center. It well-equipped enough and the location is superb in my opinion. It's in the center, but on the quiet end, and I was able to sleep with the window open. I had initially planned to stay only three nights and then change to a different apartment. After I made the change, I really missed being in this place, and it was open, so I changed back for the remainder of my stay. Due to my own fault, I was having trouble opening the lock box, and the host drove 30 minutes to come help me get it open. Fortunately, he was very quick to respond around check in time. There is no AC, but there is a ceiling fan, and also a very powerful standing fan.

Raquel is a very kind and generous person, she welcomed us at here place as if we are a part of her family. She is always available and helpful. We had a private room and private bathroom, we alsl had access to the kitchen for the breakfast, everything was super clean. Thanks a lot for having us as your guests, we enjoyed staying there and talking to you and to your family. Very recommended.

Colinda and Geert are wonderful hosts and they made us feel right at home. The room was cozy and spotless, and every morning we were greeted with a great smile and an extensive breakfast. 100% recommend this place if you want to escape the busy city life for a few days. Thank you for having us!

The hosts were always available and attentive to our every need, really lovely and hospitable people. The location is excellent: in a quiet area but close to everything, just 5 minutes from Gulliver Park and the City of Science, so also ideal for those traveling with children. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back.

This residence with its very welcoming staff is recommended without a second thought. Breakfast included. Modern, very clean with everything you need for your linen. A little far from the center of Valencia is the only reserve point, but 5 minute walk to Godella station (where there is a bar and restaurant)

Laëtitia and Jean-Luc were extremely friendly and helpful, yet discreet and quiet. They clearly are passionate about their B&B and guests can feel it easily with the attention to details and care they both demonstrate: warm welcome, home made breakfast, local products, cosy room, super clean bathroom and room. A perfect location near the train station and gorgeous town centre. Ideal place to enjoy some sunshine, discover the many orange fields, local mountains or for a day trip to the beach. Patricia, was by far the best Airbnb we have been to. Her hospitality was above and beyond. She was so gracious in offering us food and comfort in her beautiful house. Enjoyed staying there 20 minutes away from the bigger city. We even saw running of the bulls while we were in her small neighborhood. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
