Kid-friendly holiday rentals in El Centenario

Beautiful house, clean and very comfortable! We loved the hammock detail, my family and I took turns lying down for a while. It's easy to get to the accommodation and the area is very quiet. Magdalena welcomed us and she is very kind and accessible. Thank you very much for your attention, we will definitely be back! :)

Comfortable and central location, the host was always attentive. Very good lodging option.

If you have a car, it is very close to the esplanade and supermarkets such as Soriana, Chedraui and oxxos. The area is very safe and the house has an electric gate to facilitate access. It has everything you need, a washing machine, even a beach umbrella, chairs and an icebox, which is a plus. The kitchen is fully equipped, just bring a juicer because there is none, but they even have coffee and a coffee maker. The best thing is that each room and the living room has a mini-split, which is a blessing! I really loved it, I recommend it and I would stay in this place again without a doubt.

Really a very nice hostess. I felt very comfortable here. She also responds very quickly to questions and is very helpful. I would definitely come back here for my next stay in La Paz. The location is also great, just 2 blocks from the Malecon. Only at night it was sometimes a bit noisy from the street.

We were able to park in front of the property. We love the impeccable unity. I loved being greeted with a cold drink. (with this heat🥵) Uff de perlas :) Enter a cool place 😎 And reading a Welcome letter with my name printed on it (it made me feel important) 🤗 with Sweets filled my heart. 💓 You can tell when a Superhost goes the extra mile. We loved staying at Tom’s place. The view was beautiful overlooking the city and the water. AC was cold. The security guards were friendly and active would definitely stay again. Tom also provided recommendations for a rental car company that delivered the vehicle to the Airbnb it’s definitely needed for the location as it’s up a hill and out of the way. But we did get by using DiDi and Uber the first and last day. He also provides rentals of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Bed was pretty hard could definitely use some type of mattress topper. Washer machine is kind of loud so wouldn’t recommend the late night wash prior to departure but outside of that we really enjoyed the apartment and facilities and Tom as a host.

Jesus Octavio is a really good host. The space was spotless, the instructions clear, the communication efficient and quick. I recommend it!

Very comfortable, quite quiet and accessible

Super comfortable. I thank Elvia, an excellent host, who made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and she responded to our messages almost immediately! The apartment is spacious, more than enough for two people. It is easily accessible and the garage was excellent for a compact car. I highly recommend the accommodations. Recommendation for travelers: if you want to visit the esplanade, it is preferable to do so by car because if you want to walk, the time can be around 30-40 minutes, in general because the streets are wide.

Mr. Gustavo was incredibly attentive at all times, from before our arrival until the time of our departure. Even when we left early, he was already awake to say goodbye with kindness. The place gave us total privacy and exactly matched the description in the publication. In addition, the location is excellent, with good restaurants nearby and everything you need easily accessible. It is definitely worth every peso for the quality of the service and the comfort it offers. Without a doubt, if we ever return to La Paz, this will be the place where we will stay again. The man also has bicycles so you can go around the esplanade and if you go to the beach he has umbrellas and chairs, which saved us because we didn't bring any of that! Many thank you for your stay

I have to say, the amazing ratings have to be thanks to Abril. From getting there until the day we left she was attentive, helpful, resourceful, respectful and most importantly very welcoming and helped us feel safe. She was basically the only person we had communication with and she was always available. She gave us amazing recommendations and was attentive enough to ask how out days were. Everything in the house was spotless and organized. Again, this all goes to Abril. ¡Muchas gracias Abril por tus atenciones te lo agradecemos mucho!

Excellent apartment, I liked it better than in the photos. The host was always attentive and responded immediately. I would definitely return. The detail of the cooler, umbrella and beach chairs is great!! more if your intention is to know beaches.

We had a great experience at this Airbnb. The location is unbeatable, perfect for getting around the city. The building is very nice, safe and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent from the beginning, always attentive and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again! :)
