Beautiful house, clean and very comfortable! We loved the hammock detail, my family and I took turns lying down for a while. It's easy to get to the accommodation and the area is very quiet. Don't hesitate to rent this accommodation, it's amazing! Upon entering, you have controlled access, the common area of the private impeccable and safe. The house is large, and has everything you need and even more. Elva thought of everything, she left us a couple of chairs, umbrella, icebox, which help you a lot on the beaches because not all have palapas. We felt comfortable, safe and 100% satisfied with the place, the service and of course we would return without hesitation.

If you have a car, it is very close to the esplanade and supermarkets such as Soriana, Chedraui and oxxos. The area is very safe and the house has an electric gate to facilitate access. It has everything you need, a washing machine, even a beach umbrella, chairs and an icebox, which is a plus. The kitchen is fully equipped, just bring a juicer because there is none, but they even have coffee and a coffee maker. The best thing is that each room and the living room has a mini-split, which is a blessing! I really loved it, I recommend it and I would stay in this place again without a doubt.

It's close to everything we needed, easy to find, it was a family trip, we really enjoyed the pool, the house is super equipped, everything works perfectly, everything is clean, comfortable and functional, which is what you look for when you travel, Karen is an excellent host, super organized at the arrival and departure of our stay, I felt at home, we will definitely return! Excellent choice to visit La Paz BCS or its surroundings. It has everything you need, easy access, good location, service stores nearby, clean, tidy place and above all the host was very respectful, he was always attentive and was very kind at all times. It's 100% worth it. I would choose the same host whenever I require the service.

We loved staying at Tom’s place. The view was beautiful overlooking the city and the water. AC was cold. The security guards were friendly and active would definitely stay again. Tom also provided recommendations for a rental car company that delivered the vehicle to the Airbnb it’s definitely needed for the location as it’s up a hill and out of the way. But we did get by using DiDi and Uber the first and last day. He also provides rentals of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Bed was pretty hard could definitely use some type of mattress topper. Washer machine is kind of loud so wouldn’t recommend the late night wash prior to departure but outside of that we really enjoyed the apartment and facilities and Tom as a host.

Jesus Octavio is a really good host. The space was spotless, the instructions clear, the communication efficient and quick. I recommend it!

The room is very nice, clean, new and well maintained. Everything you need. Marco Antonio was very attentive to us. Thank you for the courtesies for your guests (water, beer, coffee). The only thing we didn't like is that in the houses around there are some dogs that don't stop barking and at night they make it difficult to rest. We still recommend this accommodation.

We had an amazing experience at this accommodation! The apartment was very clean and the bed linen and towels were fragrant, there were also many amenities that made our trip more practical, such as a cooler and umbrella to take to the beach. What caught our attention the most was the location, the surroundings are charming and it was very peaceful to walk around. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby and with a short walk we were already on the beach. The host was kind and always able to assist us. We really enjoyed the trip!

The place gave us total privacy and exactly matched the description in the publication. In addition, the location is excellent, with good restaurants nearby and everything you need easily accessible. It is definitely worth every peso for the quality of the service and the comfort it offers. Without a doubt, if we ever return to La Paz, this will be the place where we will stay again. The apartment is beautiful as described in the photos. If you arrive by car, you are just a few minutes from the esplanade and the center. We rested very well! It has air conditioning in all rooms. The shower water with a lot of pressure and always hot. I recommend it.

Perfect if you want something for a few days near the malecon with amenities you need on daily bases

We had a great experience at this Airbnb. The location is unbeatable, perfect for getting around the city. The building is very nice, safe and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent from the beginning, always attentive and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again! :)

Incredible place, very quiet and safe and the amenities were perfect to enjoy our vacation in La Paz. Highly recommended, Diana is always very responsive.

My wife and I had a very nice stay here. The apartment is great, the location is awesome and the access to both beach clubs in the area made our stay so fun. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We rented a car and drove into town (about 10 mins) but also tons to do in the marina. Will def come back!
