Monthly Rentals in El Chaparral

On arrival, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no parking on the premises, and I had to park approximately 100 metres around the corner. Parking on the street near the property operates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, this was my only gripe—though I may be a little overprotective of my car. Jose was at the gate when we arrived and kindly assisted with the bags and cases while I parked. He helped my wife carry our belongings up the external stairs to the apartment situated above his home. The apartment was warm and cosy, with good views of the surrounding area from the large balcony that wraps around most of the property. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Steve

Our two dogs, my wife and I stayed at Phillippe's property for just over two weeks in May. It was just as on the photo's, quite clean and perfect for our needs. It was quiet and the decent sized enclosed garden ideal for sunbathing and for our Labrador and Golden Retriever to run around. As with any rental property there were some damaged floor tiles which Phillippe said were being replaced this year. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with the exception of the pans which had seen better days. There was also an induction hob which gave me a good excuse not to go in the kitchen area due to my having a pacemaker. Be warned, there is a robot vacuum cleaner which impressed my wife and resulted in her ordering one the day after we returned home. One minor difficulty was the width of the drive entrance. I could only reverse in with my door mirrors retracted and even then there were only 5 or 6 cms each side. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will return.

What an amazing villa. Everything you could think of was there for your comfort. The pool was amazing for an afternoon cool down and location was great. Plenty of bars within walking distance and we even walked into Torrevieja town from the villa. If you hire a car there is private parking too. Adrian was an amazing host answering my queries within minutes. Don’t have any doubts booking Theresa villa, just book it. Thanks again 👍🏼

Booked very last minute (night before) due to family bereavement. Anja got back to me first thing in morning. Had the apartment ready for us later in evening after being at work so it was very much appreciated at such short notice. Area was perfect location with lovely chinese restaurant over the road which we had been to before on previous visits. Pool is lovely and peaceful. The only problem we had was the directions linked to page took us around the back of apartments. It is on main road near bill boards by roundabout if that helps anyone. Anja was there to meet us and explain keys and show us the apartment which was very helpful.... Cot was provided for our little one which was also very helpful.
