Lovely ranch style guest house with 2 bedrooms 1 bath, located within a 18,000 sq ft lot, the main house is tenant occupied, homeowner does not live on property. Located in a horse property area. There are farm animals on the lower backyard of the property (about 100ft away from the house), specifically: Chickens, Roosters, Goats and Horses. You might be able to hear the animals, but we do supply ear plugs for your convenience. Guest house has its own entrance secluded from the main house.
