Holiday rentals with a patio in El Paso County

I highly recommend Jonathan's place! This was our second time staying here, and would definitely book this place again.

Brian's place was perfect for our girls getaway. We planned our day in his area around the incline and it was only about a 12 minute drive. It was cozy and we were able to run a load of laundry, which after a couple days of hiking was much appreciated. We were hoping to check in a little early and Brian was extremely accommodating. We also forgot a few things we needed for the incline and he was willing to help out. My only regret is not planning to spend more time in the area because we definitely would have stayed another night and there is plenty to do just two blocks from his location. Highly recommend considering a stay here if you are in the area! Thank you Brian for providing everything we needed for a nice rest during our adventure filled visit to Colorado!

Holly and Matty are such great hosts - they were really easy to work with and made everything smooth from the get-go, with all the little touches that actually matter when you're staying somewhere. Their place was in a perfect location. It's so nice when you can just walk to grab dinner or coffee without having to drive everywhere. And when we did want to explore a bit further out, nothing was more than a few minutes away. Hiking and horseback riding is literally an 8-10 minute drive away. We really appreciate that it was such hassle-free stay. The room had everything we could want, and it's obvious Holly and Matty put thought into making their guests comfortable. We will 100% stay there again when we're back in Colorado Springs.

I have stayed in vacation homes around the world, and Casa Colorado is one of the best. If there were a rating above super host, I would give it. As well as providing a comfortable, cozy retreat in a beautiful setting, Brian and Franka also provide very thoughtful things, such as very specific directions, a snack basket, chocolates by the bed, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a hair straightener, fan, and noise machine. When the hair dryer quit working, Franka was quick to provide a replacement. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as we had our morning coffee and a few meals outside. The hot tub was a fabulous treat after busy days sightseeing and hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at peaceful, serene Casa Colorado and definitely plan to stay there again.

This basement apartment was great! It was very clean and very well stocked with conveniences. It is a basement apartment, so there is not much natural light in the living area and noise from upstairs is plentiful - as expected with a basement apartment. The bedroom and entrance both have plenty of natural light. My only complaint is that the loveseat in the living area is comically small - almost childsize. There is really no place to lounge comfortably unless you sit on the bed. Other than the lack of comfortable seating I truly enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again.

It was an awesome stay! It felt very cozy and comfy. Only downside is that you can hear a lot of movement upstairs and you can hear water go through the pipes at night and both can be loud. Even with those negatives, I give it 5 stars.

This was one of the favorite places we have stayed via Airbnb or other short term rental companies. Frank & Ingrid know how to host and they do everything to make you feel welcome, supported and comfortable. The place was clean and the decor was all very cozy but still fresh. They also give plenty of recommendations on exploring the area. These are the kind of people that should be in hospitality - believe me we have stayed with many who only focus on making money and don’t know how to host. The area is convenient to downtown. We felt like the area was pretty safe & walkable - maybe at night less so- but Frank & Ingrid have made their place feel secure and private.

Amazing spot to relax! Hosts even provide towels and extra essentials that may be needed! The hot tub was easy to use and the set up is beautiful! Even has a thriving bird nest by the door, adding a sweet little touch to your stay!

Owen and Mary were great hosts. The house was very clean and had everything needed for a quick trip. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with items needed. While it didn't bother us, you can hear some from upstairs. If you're sensitive to noise I would take that into consideration. Overall great stay and would recommend for a quick trip. Good restaurants close by.

Shelly’s place was awesome! The location was amazing - scenic views all around and super private and peaceful property! As a Colorado Springs resident this was the perfect getaway still close enough to town but far enough out that it felt like a getaway! We will definitely stay here again!

The house was comfortable, very well stocked, and in a nice neighborhood. There were several personal touches and accommodations provided by our hosts that made our stay very pleasant.

Me and my fiancé loved staying here! There are so many fun things to do within a short drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a week stay. The host are amazing and very responsive to answer any questions we had. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

Quite neighborhood and very close to Garden of the Gods which is why we chose this place. Hot tub was also a plus! Marsha and the team were very responsive and very helpful with any issues.

The house was in a nice peaceful neighborhood. House was very clean and prepped with everything we could possibly need. Anna was very responsive to any questions I had. Our stay was very comfortable.

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

This was a lovely condo. It was centrally located and perfect for the activities that we needed to drive to.

The place is lovely, the kitchen is very well stocked, beds are very comfy, we loved hanging out in the balcony, the pool is huge, the hotel is in a very good location near lots of food, walmart etc. Definitely recommend!
