Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. During your stay with us, you will stay in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden part . It is also set up for long stays. In winter, wood and brikets are heated and it gets cuddly warm quickly. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought along, 1 ha. Couple directly by the car. Bathroom area and sauna are 50m from the main house.
