This little gem of a spot is on a secluded island in the middle of the Mississippi River. The sound of the rapids will lull you to sleep in your magical tent perched right over the water! With all of the modern conveniences including hot water, outdoor shower, bar fridge, wifi and well appointed outdoor kitchen. This year we are building a treehouse on the island so although we will ensure no construction takes place during your stay, there will be construction materials around on the island

Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge. Sweet new Bath House. The tent has 1 queen bed, a set of shelves and drawers for storage, and front porch to relax on. There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities!

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

Emperor bell tent

All our Emperor Bell Tents are raised off the ground on timber stands. Each tent has a double Mexican pine bed as standard, matching furnishings, semi-orthopedic mattress, bean bags, bed linen, and towels. Additional fold out beds with bed linen can be included on request. At night the tents are lit up inside by our tea light candle chandeliers and Moroccan lanterns, and outside by solar lights. Accommodates between 2 to 5 persons.
