This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

We had a great stay at Angelos and Ioanna's! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival with homemade muffins, fresh olives, and a delicious olive oil from their own production. This loving gesture made us feel welcome right away. The accommodation was absolutely clean, cozy and the beds incredibly comfortable - we slept wonderfully. Another plus: There is parking directly in front of the door, which made the stay particularly relaxing. The view was simply fantastic - a place to feel good and relax. We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Great apartment. Nice location for driving to other towns and beaches, and also short walk to restaurants and beach nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy. The host was kind enough to leave lots of local produce for us on arrival.

Peaceful place in the nice old part of Nikiti

Nikos, his father and mother were very nice, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Upon arrival and departure we had gotten a local, homemade specialty from the mother. Very delicious! The father always gave us vegetables and fruits from the huge garden. Fresh green, mature figs were allowed to pick from tree at any time. The place was great, as shown in the pictures and film. We ate outside daily on the terrace under the olive tree if we were not in the restaurant and enjoyed the fabulous views over the bay/beach/island and sea. The path to the beach went down. With me it was 300 steps and then another 100 from the edge of the property up to the terrace. Since there are only about 10-12 private houses along this beach at a good 1 km, it is nicely empty and you have your peace and quiet. Temperatures were 33-39 degrees C this year probably particularly high. A full recommendation!!!

We had a great stay! At the end of October, the season is over and there was hardly anything going on and much was already closed, which we found okay and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, even with basics such as oil and salt, which was very convenient. Iro is a fantastic host who cares a lot about cleanliness and comfort. She really made sure that we felt completely comfortable. Recommended!

The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the wonderful Latoura Beach. Communication was great, the apartment is very clean, has a great balcony and has many useful things you need for a beach vacation (such as umbrella, beach towels, beach ball set etc.) The bed is comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Absolutely recommended!

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a great stay in this beautiful house near the beach. The accommodation is stylishly furnished, very well equipped and offered plenty of space for our two families. The various terrace areas in particular invited you to eat, relax and enjoy the time together. The garden was a real paradise for the children. In the house, fans and air conditioning systems ensured a pleasant indoor climate at all times – even on hot days. The attic is cozy, but a bit cramped for taller people due to the sloping ceilings – especially in the bathroom, but that didn't bother us. The covered barbecue area with a large table in the garden was a highlight. The proximity to the beach was a big plus with children, especially since the host provided loungers and umbrellas. The beach is one of the most beautiful in Chalkidiki - fine sand, clear water, ideal for snorkeling. Many thanks to Ioannis for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

One of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday in Sarti was this wonderful accommodation. The hosts Stratos and Martina welcomed us warmly. Stratos gave very valuable suggestions not only about the house, but also about what can be done in the environment. We got to know the region much better thanks to his recommendations about beaches, restaurants and places to visit. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything is modern and useful as it was renovated 3 years ago. Ideal size for two people; both practical and aesthetic. The air conditioning was strong, the kitchen was equipped, and the bathroom was hygienic. The balcony was very pleasant for coffee or relaxation. Its location is excellent; it is within walking distance to the beach, market and restaurants. It's on a quiet street and there's no parking problem. We parked our car right in front of the house. We felt like we were at home. This accommodation has become unforgettable with both the quality of the house and the attention of the hosts. We would like to thank Stratos and Martina very much! 💙🇬🇷

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The quiet location was particularly pleasant - and yet you can walk to the center in just five minutes. A really nice combination of tranquility and proximity to everything you need. Dimitri was a friendly and attentive host. He responded quickly to our questions and was easily accessible, which we greatly appreciated. A special highlight was the terrace - a beautiful place to have breakfast in the morning or to relax in the evening. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay that we would be happy to recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alegras Villa! Nikitas is a perfect and friendly host. He gave us a lot of useful tips and recomendations. We always felt he was ready to help but at the same time we had a lot of space and privacy. Everything was exactly as described except the view from the tarrace which was much better than we expected:) The location of the apartment allowed us to explore all parts of Chalkidiki by car. We highly recommend staying at Alegras Villa. You won't regret it:)
