Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to share our summer paradise on Orust in beautiful Nösund, located on the west coast with the sea as your closest neighbor. The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

In the room there is a double bed that is made up for you. It is also possible to sleep well in the sofa bed in a separate part. Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
