The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße. Der Bahnhof Langenmoor ist 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Man erreicht Hamburg mit der Bahn innerhalb einer halben Stunde. Man kann sein Auto direkt vor der Haustür parken. Es ist sehr gut für Monteure geeignet, da es vier Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer hat. Wlan, Terrasse, Fernseher mit MagnetTV und überdachter Raucherraum sind vorhanden.

The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, walk-in shower, sink and mirror.
