Apartment with a nice view from the 4th floor of a wilhelminian historic building just across a small park, 12 walking minutes from the Old City Centre, 500m from the trainstation and 300m from the Elbe River. The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

The space has an area of 42sqm and has next to the small kitchen a bathroom and a living room and a bedroom. Radebeul is a small town between the vineyards and the Elbe . In our city you will find many attractive restaurants and cozy broom shops, theater and museum. From Radebeul you can easily reach by train,bus,tram, car or bike (Elberadweg), Dresden,Meissen,Moritzburg or."Sächs.Schweiz". Highlights are the annual 'Karl-May Festival', and the 'Radebeul Wine Festival'.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The bedroom overlooking the garden is very bright and friendly through two windows. There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 140 bed. The bathroom with window has a bathtub, 80 liters of hot water and a shower curtain. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.

In the bedroom overlooking the garden, you will not be disturbed by noise. The street in front of the house is a bicycle street.
