The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Pure nature and yet not far from the action! In the immediate vicinity is the Wallburg (Wallburg Christmas) and many hiking trails of the Steigerwald. You have a 5-minute walk to several restaurants as well as the outdoor pool and some playgrounds. By car you can reach other excursion destinations such as the treetop trail, Neuschleichach ski resort, Bamberg, and much more. Our region has something to offer all year round! Even if you are looking for wellness and relaxation, some pools and saunas are not far away.

Wir haben hier herrliche Wander- und Radwege sowie “digital Detox” ohne TV & Internet. Das kleine, gemütliche Ferienhaus zur alleinigen Nutzung bietet alles, was man braucht - ein zentraler Raum mit Küche, Esstisch, ausziehbarer Couch & kleines Bad. Im Spitzboden über eine ausziehbare Leiter zugänglich, befindet sich ein Doppelbett.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Welcome to our apartment "Janne"! The apartment is located in wonderful Mainfranken. Here, wonderful cycling & hiking trails invite you to explore the vineyards. The fully furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor with a south-facing orientation & has a magnificent view of the Wallburg Eltmann. The sun rises in the bedroom and sets on the balcony side, which promises light-flooded rooms. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room & a bathroom.

We are 20 min. from Bamberg 20 min from Hassfurt This is a strict NO SMOKING home.
