what a great spot, just out of the buzzing old town and close enough for a short walk to get it in. Perfect for our little family with peace and quiet (and comfortable air con) but also convenience. And to boot there's a great little cafe right next door. The modern facilities of the well designed and furnished apartment were appreciated where many other accommodation reviews often leave lacking (we weren't prepared to take a chance). Caterina's communication was great and though she was away she coordinated easy access to the property.

I studied abroad in Florence and stayed here at the end of my semester with my parents. This apartment is in a PERFECT location. Everything is genuinely 10 minutes walking distance away! The place is very spacious and we loved our stay here!

Ideal apartment for visiting the 5 lands, close to the train station. It is located in the shopping street, just a little noise in the evening. The accommodation is clean with air conditioning. However, the shower is a little small. We didn't see Lorena but communication was very easy

We really enjoyed our stay in La Spezia. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable. Everything is as described. You can easily walk to bus line 3 and the train station, but it is also possible to walk to the city center. Thank you very much for the useful tips from Alessia. In particular, we would never have found the Pizza Da Pipeo. A real insider tip!

It was a great stay! The condo is actually part of a hotel and it was nice to be able to leave our suit cases at the front desk. Close to the water and was a beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s apartment. Cristina is such a kind and responsive host! Our family group of 6 people (including 2 cousins) stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment is so large! Everyone had their own space and it was very comfortable. This would be a very flexible and accommodating space for almost any kind of traveling group. The apartment has everything you need, and it also has a lot of interesting artwork throughout, which we enjoyed. The location is perfect - easy to walk to so many places, live music each evening on the street below.

Bettina was extremely helpful and kind. Quick to respond to any questions I had. the apartment is very comfortable.

I had all of the amenities I needed for my stay at Marina's apartment and could not fault anything at all. I had asked for some restaurant recommendations and Marina was responsive and helpful in providing these. In addition, she recommended some places to visit whilst in Bologna. All very useful. Nothing was too much bother for Marina. She greeted me on arrival and came across as friendly and we run through any questions I had. The apartment was clean and is centrally located in Bologna. I could not have wished for me.

Federico's house really impressed us: cozy, with attention to detail, extremely comfortable and very clean. Nothing was missing: every comfort was present and well thought out. A place where you immediately feel at home. From the moment we arrived, everything was simple and pleasant, thanks also to the availability and kindness of the host. The check-in and check-out were very easy and understandable, also due to the help of Michela's English-speaking son. The parking spot in the underground parking is a big plus! The apartment was extremely clean and there was everything you need for a short vacation. The immediate surroundings are not too nice, but on foot or by bus you are quickly in the city center and can enjoy it. All in all I would recommend the apartment on due to the good value for money!

Very well located and clean accommodation, with an attentive and very patient host. Transportation is well served and close to the accommodation. The tram takes you to the historic center of Florence. We recommend that you travel to Pisa by train and to Siena by bus. An unforgettable Tuscan week due in large part to Simone's good advice. Wow wow! What an excellent stay here in Rapallo. This was me and my fiance's very first time visiting Italy and Mirabela exceeded our expectations in more ways than one. From the beautiful condo which was very accessible, cute and clean, to her proative and helpful communication, she really made us feel at home. The condo is just a short walk away from the town center which made it super easy to get around. She also shared a lot of information about transportation options which was very helpful and made our trip out to Portofino seamless. We will definitely be back! Grazie Mirabela!

Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Cozy house, well furnished, with spa and gym, equipped with every comfort, everything manages to make even the days of bad weather spectacular! Andrea is always ready and available for any need, he made us spend a memorable weekend. Highly recommended!!

We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

We enjoyed our stay. Starting with the check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel good away from many people. For two people, there is really more than enough space. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the pool due to the temperatures. No wish was left unfulfilled for us. Supermarkets are super to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. The sea is usually about 20 minutes' drive away, depending on the location - just perfect.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!
