From the moment we arrived Leonardo and Gabriela were just above and beyond what any other air bnb we have stayed in. They had wine, water, a huge chocolate egg and the typical Italian bread for Pasqua for us to enjoy. Fruit, walnuts, eggs….just above and beyond! The local restaurants are absolutely amazing! Some is the best food in Florence. Podere, Gualtieri for breakfast and espresso, the pizza place, S’Brino is the best gelato in the city! A quiet place that is close to everything and with views of the city that are un matched. Look no further, book this amazing paradise in Florence now!

Alessandra's place was perfect for our week in Bologna on a language immersion tour. The apartment was complete with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (air conditioning was very appreciated since it was so hot in Bologna). Alessandra and co-host Mattia were super responsive whenever we needed something and the building and surroundings were very cute and quiet. Enjoyed our stay, we would not hesitate to book this apartment again!

Everything was great! Perfect location away from the crowds. But definitely recommend for families.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Excellent primal location! Super smooth & easy check in. Beautiful apartment. Vittoria was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs. It was so easy to reach her whenever we needed anything. Will definitely stay again in our next visit

It's very difficult for a place to meet all my expectations. I don't travel a lot and I'm a little hesitant to sleep somewhere other than home. I always look very carefully to make sure that where I'm staying is safe. Never before has an Airbnb met all my expectations until today. I mean it. If you have to be guided by a review, this is it (and at the same time I regret writing it in case it makes it busy the next time I want to stay here), but it has certainly been a treasure. It's close to the station but the area is not unsafe. When you enter you have to cross a beautiful interior garden and the accommodation is impeccable. In addition to the accommodation meeting all our expectations, Rossella and Luciano were available at all times to answer our questions, they were very kind and understanding when our flight was delayed two hours :( They helped us in everything and it was an unforgettable experience, they even congratulated me on my birthday, which was that day! :)

Great area and the flat is quiet considering the amount of people, restaurants and bars. Nice place to stay and the air conditioning was hugely apprecaited

Barbara was a wonderful host, meeting us upon arrival, helpful with recommendations, booking taxis, etc. The apartment was very comfortable and the location was ideal. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the warm June in Bologna. The only issue was construction noise in the bedroom in the morning. Hopefully, that is temporary.

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

I wish we could give more stars! A wonderful place with even better hosts. Delightful hosts and a beautiful location. We could not have hoped for more.

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

An unforgettable stay - absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time at La Dogana. Martha and Fabio take care of their guests with so much heart and attention - this hospitality is truly exceptional. Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. He was kind and always available when we needed something. The home is beautiful, private and is surrounded by gorgeous nature. I highly recommend Giacomo's home. Thank you for everything!

What a lovely home and garden! Beautiful and functional. The location was perfect, on a resident quiet street and steps away from the beach and shops. Very easy check in and check out. Fantastic host

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Perfect location close to major ‘tourist’ attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Also walkable to other major Piazza’s, museums, the Boboli gardens and Firenze SMN train station. Surrounded by some of the best trattorias, gelaterias and sandwich shops. Monica is very attentive to her guests and makes check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept and contains all the essentials. If we are ever back in Florence we hope to stay with Monica again!

Mattia’s place was perfect for our three-day stay in old town Bologna. Comfortable accommodations, great location and friendly, helpful host. The place worked really well for us.

The apartment was impeccable and so tastefully and finely decorated. There were a lot of small details. There was nothing missing. Riccardo responded immediately to my messages and I really appreciated his understanding of a small problem I had. We felt safe too and it's ideally located near the train station. A grocery store is a few minutes' walk away and it is located close to the main attractions of Modena. I would definitely go back.

We loved our stay in this beautiful spotless apartment in Florence. It was exactly as described and in a great location that is so convenient for walking everywhere. It was well stocked with everything we needed. And had a comfy bed. We also loved the restaurant recommendations that were provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Chiara and Simone’s place was spotless, beautifully organized, and just like the photos. It had all the amenities we needed for our 4-night stay. The location was fantastic, most places were within walking distance or easily reached by the 23 bus. They were accommodating with our check-in time, considering our flight’s arrival time. Simone kindly welcomed us, showed us around the apartment, and explained everything clearly. They also provided a helpful map and a list of great local restaurant recommendations. We’d be more than happy to stay here again next time we’re in Florence! :)

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

Elegant, spotless, and with a location that can’t be beaten. This place was absolutely lovely and the hosts were super proactive and responsive. I could t recommend it more. Do be aware however that the loft is not built for tall people, the ceiling up there and in the bathroom is low, but with a bit of caution for your head, it’s absolutely lovely.
